Advice please - T3 trial, TSH undetectable, feeling awful!
I should also add that I started HRT (
oestrogen
patches and progesterone) about 2 months ago - which I'm know was probably not the most sensible move in the midst of a T3 trial but worsening migraines caused by perimenopause drove me to it! Thanks in advance for any help! R

Hello guys and Happy Thanksgiving to all that celebrate today :)! I've been having OCD episodes since I was 21. Endo pain with mirena 12 months on
Hi, I was diagnosed with stage 2 endometriosis November 2020 with a laproscopy. The endometrial tissue was removed, and I was placed on the Mirena coil to reduce my estrogen production. The first 6 months of the mirena coil was not nice, the pain was so bad we worried it was leftover endometrial tissue

Fluid/Fibroid in uterus
Hi All, I wrote not so long ago about the clinic finding fluid in my uterus after my first cycle of ivf. Due to this I wasn't allowed a fresh transfer (understandable) and it was a freeze all cycle with 2 embies. I have gone back for further scans. On 10 Nov I had a 3D scan which showed the fluid was

How do we avoid adverse interactions between Thyroid med/s and HRT? And what’s your experience of taking these concurrently?
With all these things to get right with
oestrogen
and progesterone levels - let alone testosterone, which I haven’t even got to yet - it feels a bit like starting on the T3 journey all over again. So all and any information, experiences, hints and tips gratefully received.

Venlafaxine and menapause - any other users having success?
I’ve recently been prescribed V to help with the low moods and night time panic attacks caused by my
oestrogen
levels crashing. (I can’t take HRT due to migraine with aura). I’m only 6 days in but feel awful, terrible nausea, fatigue and brain fog. Will this pass?

Looking for some hope and support
I started long protocol a few weeks ago starting buserelin to switch the ovaries off and get my
oestrogen
levels down, started the stims last week on Thursday but my scan showed only 1/2 follicles though my bloods were ok, hence why they said I could start.

Any downside for Apigenin?
Any downside for Apigenin? studies looked promising for Parkinson's. Dr Huberman likes it for his sleep stack (with L-theonine & mag). It's discussed a lot on the urology forum, with varying effects on testosterone and estrogen, depending on what I read....Thanks!

Sertraline for menopause
My consultant doesn't want me to take
oestrogen
so HRT is out of equation. My GP has prescribed Sertraline for flushes. I started them today and have had nausea and a little bit of running to loo. Has anyone been prescribed this medication, and if so did you get side effects a few hours later?

Transdermal estrogen and BRCA+
With BRCA2+ and on high-dose transdermal estrogen, I happened to see a reply by Richard Wassersug hidden in a thread a long time ago, about the possible danger of t2E causing accelerated prostate cancer growth for those with BRCA+ disease. I recently contacted him and he told me that he feels that this

Hysterectomy and endometriosis
I have horrific heavy prolonged periods making me very weak, crazy back pain and pmdd so I want the hysterectomy so I am able to only take

given my problems hormonally with progesterone. Has anyone else had both surgeries done at the same time? Please could you share your experiences?
