So far I haven't had a big emotional upheaval, though this may still be on the cards as the zoladex wears off and my body adjusts to the change from Tibolone to oestrogen patches. I've had the same mixture of small patches of anxiety or tearfulness, but maybe I've been kinder to myself about them.
