For my second cycle my consultant has suggested doing 7 days worth of Estrogen priming before i start my stims - apparently it helps to encourage follicles to grow at a steady rate together rather than some firing ahead.
Has anyone had experience of this, did it help?

This is common in the US for short protocols, especially for older ladies. Worked for me! You don't even notice it 😀

Wow I just read your journey - 15 years worth is amazing. Hats off to you. I'm trying for a sibling now.
Good luck - sibling journey is a ride in itself. So grateful and thankful for #1 but aching to feel "normal" feeling of getting to decide when family is complete. Yet telling yourself 1 is enough as not to get too hopeful. I was far more naive the first time and had a lot less anxiety. All the best 😀
