HRT Evorel Conti.
I am 57 and have been on Tibolone 2.5 for 3 years and my recent bloods show: PROGESTERONE 0.5 nmol/L, TESTOSTERONE <0.4 nmol/L, PROLACTIN * 627 mIU/L, 17-Beta OESTRADIOL <44 pmol/L. They said my estrogen was unreadable as it was that low it was under the level to read. I have started Evorel Conti

Sorry for constantly posting but no where else to turn. Does anyone know Is there any specialist I can go to who specialise in B12 in the Essex (England) area, I just need some guidance as I feel like I’m sinking in all the information and trying to treat myself, am finding it so complicated to know

Light headed, pins and needles, headaches
Hi Struggling with light headedness for several months and my tinnitus has got louder … or maybe I’m just not coping as well with it! Pins and needles in my hands and underlying headaches. I feel a bit ‘foggy’. I’m currently on 75mcg/100mcg Levothyroxene on alternate days, plus 15mcg Liothyronine

Oestrogen dominance and hypothyroid
Hi All, Just wondering if anyone has dealt with oestrogen dominance and hypothyroidism. I think some of my issues may be linked to this. I am going to try a supplement called myomin which I’ve been told is good for it- has anyone tried it? Was wondering what, if any, symptom relief people got from

Is it safe to take Biotin Supplements to try and promote hair growth & reduce thinning.
Hi! Can anyone in the know about vits & supplements advise or give their thoughts on taking Biotin supplements please... My hairstylist has recommended me taking it to help with my hair thinning, but I have read it can alter your blood test results, so I am presuming rightly or wrongly, that it can change

Is an ERA protocol (in terms of estrogen) fixed for your next transfer?
Hi all, I'm having a biopsy soon for combined ERA, uNK and microbiome testing, before doing any more transfers. I was a bit confused about protocols for this. My only FET was a natural/modified FET as my cycles and lining are ok naturally - so we used an ovulation trigger and progesterone (lubion injections

Off-Off-Topic. Estrogen:Androgen Ratio.
New study below [1]. Back in 2004 the research on PubMed indicated that the androgen receptor [AR} was generally wild-type at diagnosis and that AR alterations were a consequence of castration therapy. Conversely, the estrogen environment was generally screwed up at diagnosis. The protective beta estrogen

Cannot find an answer to this!
I’m really struggling with perimenopausal hormone fluctuations. My thyroid levels are stable and have been for a while now, however at the beginning of my cycle when my protestors drops and oestrogen increases, I feel awful and it takes a couple of weeks to level out again. I had been using bioidential

Contraceptive whilst on Decapeptyl - do I really need one?
Has anyone else been in this situation and what were you advised about contraception? I’ve been on Decapeptyl injections for 8 years and these have successfully managed by endometriosis. I have no pain or other symptoms whatsoever now. I get bone scans every 3 years to check my bone density and I’ve

Medicated FET protocol - too short?
Hello, Looking for any advice please about how my protocol length is looking as worried it seems a bit short. I started oestrogen (Elleste) meds for my transfer on day 2 of my cycle. We are hoping to do FET on short protocol. I had my day 9 scan today and my lining has increased from approx 6.1 to

My menopause symptoms have started to come back. Could it be that my body's naturally produced hormones have reduced?
I have been on Tibolone 2.5mg for 3 years. In the last 6 months my symptoms have started to return (hot flashes, low mood, tired, weight round trunk and aches) Nowhere near as bad as before going on HRT but I have an annual appointment on Wednesday with the nurse to review my HRT. I wanted to ask

Test tomorrow - what about HRT?
Hi all. I’m having my Medichecks blood test done tomorrow morning. I stopped all supplements two weeks ago. I took my thyroxine as normal last night and won’t take any tonight. But what should I do about my HRT? Can I take that as normal this morning and tonight? I have progesterone, estrogen and testosterone

Advice on zoladex for premature menopause to combat endo pain
Hello ladies I had a 7cm endometrioma cyst on left ovary removed in April 2021, left ovary removed along with both Fallopian tubes. My right ovary had no cysts so was able to be kept but it had to be detached from uterus wall due to adhesions. Recovery was long and slow (they said 2 weeks!) and although

Lower than normal estrogen for fet tomorrow. Has anyone gone through fet with lower estrogen?
Hi. I have a fet tomorrow but my estrogen is about 178 yesterday which should be greater than 300. My dr says I don’t need to cancel my transfer. Has anyone gone through fet with lower estrogen? They increased my estrogen to twice a day and four patches. Any thoughts ??

Thinking of using NDT or private trial of T3- advice please
Fed up after years of treatment with levo only, have decided to see if NDT or T3/combination therapy might help restore my health. Have asked GP without success. Constantly cold, continuing to gain weight despite following WW and healthy eating, now also losing hair, skin problems and have previously
