NSAIDS
? Kill my stomach. Trying a new one, Arthrotec. Anyone have luck with it? Opioids? They work and I can tolerate but no one prescribes it anymore. Flexeril? If I want to sleep 24/7 sure. Skelaxin helps but constipates.

Coming off the 'miracle' pill to TTC
I have made a GP appointment but can't get in until 4th April, by which time my pill packet will have finished, and I am just wondering what pain relief options are best to enquire about when TTC (was advised previously to avoid
NSAIDs
like Mefanamic Acid when TTC), and also whether I should have a referral

Turmeric golden paste
Hello everyone, I am trying hard to get off pain meds.Have read a lot about research stating that Turmeric is actually more effective for painrelief than
Nsaids
. Is there anyone here who has successfully weaned off (or tried to) pain meds with turmeric golden paste? Thankful for thoughts😊

Useful article on diet
Hi all We recently came across a general article on diet and RA, which we thought might be of interest to you. So this is remission
Aside from occasional
NSAIDs
and a course of prednisolone only ever taken hydroxychloroquine 400mg. I thought remission meant an absence of symptoms but the morning stiffness is still there, pain crops up in random joints and I feel tired pretty much all the time.

Lupus? What can I do for pain relief?
Since moving, my swelling in my feet and hands has increased, and even though I'm walking more, my feet are in such pain that I can't relieve it with
NSAIDs
and a night's sleep. Do any of you experience problems with your feet? Any suggestions to relieve pain? Thanks in advance for your input!

Choices????
So I've used hydroxy, minocycline..Plus
nsaids
and steroids. I worry about the side effects particularly as I'm now older and our NHS is deteriorating in elderly care.

Dangers of pain medication. Doesn't help extreme pain in my experience.
If I could go back in time I would have only used natural pain relief like magnesium, tumeric etc. http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/magazine/2014/09/the-dangers-of-painkillers/index.htm http://www.mercola.com/infographics/nsaids.htm -

Methotrexate and painkillers
I don't usually take painkillers as there are so few I can have (can't do
nsaids
for example) but every now and then I reach a limit where I need the relief and tonight is one of those times.

Starting treatment
Hi everyone, I went back to the clinic to get my CD4 results. I found that my CD4 is 188, I was told to start treatment straight away. They gave me Odimune. So is this the correct med and what side effects can I expect if there are any? I was not sick at all when I went to do the HIV test, even now I'm

Does Hydroxychloroquine make you feel down?
Was doing fine controlling RA with just the HXQ and occasional
NSAIDS
. Then a week ago caught a heavy cold, symptoms flared up and I now feel very down and anxious. This is very unlike me as normally positive and upbeat person who keeps everyone else going.

I'm as stiff as a flipping stiff thing!
I can't take

Just diagnosed with possibility of having Lupus
I'm quite hesitant to start on these
NSAIDs
since the Boswelia has been kind of working at suppressing my inflammation. I seek some views on whether should I start taking the
NSAIDs
? also is the hair falling and skin rashes bound to happen at some point?..
