Help needed with mum who is unstable. I just don't know what to do!
Mum developed
neutropenia
sepsis which meant she had to stop chemo after 3 rounds and the sepsis has left her with some health complaints (mainly cysts around her body and low white blood cells).

NICE can’t recommend new sepsis tests
That's a good reason to be aware of your risk of sepsis, i.e whether you have
neutropenia
or low immunogammaglobulins (hypogammaglobulinemia), ensuring you minimise your risk of infection by doing what you can to prevent cuts and scrapes, taking particular care of wounds, asking for prophylactic treatment

Imaging provides clearer picture of Hematopoietic Stem Cells (HSCs) and the B Cell surface
Because HSCs and their offspring are dividing so rapidly, they are inevitably impacted by chemotherapy - which is why
neutropenia
, thrombocytopenia (low platelets) and anaemia are often the limiting factor in how hard and how frequently chemotherapy can be given to cancer patients.

Explainer: how does the immune system learn?
Consequently, we are at higher risk of
neutropenia
, particularly during treatment. That puts us at more risk of infection even from what we eat, so be prepared to change your diet if you develop

Explainer: what is the immune system and how does CLL affect it?
our ability to adapt to newly experienced infectious agents and to respond to vaccines decreases. 2) CLL impacts our Innate Immune System when bone marrow infiltration reduces our ability to make the white blood cells forming our Innate Immune System, primarily our neutrophils, so we can get

The nurse also said that my
neutropenia
came back in June, and had dropped 1.2, but the July bloods were much better, so I keeping dipping into
neutropenia
every now and then. It looks like I'm in for a bumpy ride.

Lupus, not sure?
Diagnosed with:-
Neutropenia
, gastrpareisis , pericarditis, mild anaemia, weakly positive ana, raynauds The problem is I don't think my doctors are joining up the dots so to speak. They I feel are "watching and waiting" with me.

Should I fight to have this taken seriously?
Additional things that may be relevant: I have
Neutropenia
(low Neutrophil count), low blood sodium and unspecified anaemia (low Haematocrit). I have also had a rash for 8 months to a year that is getting progressively worse and now covers the best part of both legs, one arm and my breast.

Any connection between B12 deficiency and Pityriasis Rosea?
As I have several 'issues' (trigeminal neuralgia, subclinical hypothyroidism, anaemia and
neutropenia
, plus I am on Carbamazepine, which produces loads of drug-related illness), I have NO idea which one might be causing this.

Is this tough love, or is my doc killing me by inches?
Also, given that I have other symptoms of something suspiciously like Lupus (unexplained anaemia,
Neutropenia
, the usual culprits of fatigue and joint pain), it means there could be a bigger problem.
