Frustrated
Hi glad I found this group. I have had depression and anxiety for a long time 2000. Dx Generalized Anxiety Disorder Effexor worked after going through a few meds as my stress level climbed my doctor at the time gave me Ativan .5 as needed added to Effexor it worked. (That was in 2000) fast forward

Barrigel and markers
This Wednesday I am scheduled to have barrigel and markers. Doctor told me to take two extra strength Tylenol an hour before the procedure as well as one Valium. Also, antibiotics. Is the one Valium enough to calm me down as I am pretty anxious about the procedure? Has anyone else who has had these?

Male infertility - non obstructive azoospermia
Hello, is there anyone here that has conceived with undergoing micro TESE surgery and ICSI or naturally with non obstructive azoospermia? Can micro TESE surgery be repeated for another round of ICSI? Is there any supplements or cure that can help with that? Any recommendations will be much appreciated

Do we no longer have male factor?!
Awaiting results of DNA fragmentation test but ‘normal’ semen analysis results came back normal?! Could we technically go for ivf now instead of icsi?! Has anyone experienced normal analysis but high fragmentation I wonder? I am pleased but confused. As this is a big change since the last one.

*Sensitive* - Missed miscarriage at 9 week scan, looking for hope and direction
Hello ,Firstly, I hope you are all okay. I haven't posted for a while but just feel the need to share and seek some light at a dark time After transferring our 5th and final embryo from our first round of ICSI (due to severe male factor issues), we were overjoyed to find out that at last we had a positive

buprenorphine -what next
I’ve been on buprenorphine for about 2 months now. I take 600 micrograms. I have also been slowly reducing from pregabalin by 25 mg every two weeks and am now on 100mg. I had nausea when I started buprenorphine but that stopped after a couple of weeks only to return. I have totally lost my appetite

pegasys and migraines
I see from a recent post response that there are others on Pegasys who have suffered from migraines. I have been on 45 mcg weekly for a few months and have just had an excruciatingly painful migraine. I have had a few less painful ones. I’m hoping some patients will share their experience on this

Subclinical hypothyroidism and IVF
Hi, We’ve had 1 round of IVF/ICSI which we were referred for due to my partner’s low sperm count. Our first embryo transfer was unsuccessful but we have another one frozen. The clinic asked me to get my Vit D and thyroid levels tested by the GP before FET. I asked the GP for a print out of the results
