Time to take a BiTE? Bispecific T-Cell Engagers (BiTEs)
In severe cases, patients can develop cerebral oedema and
necrosis
associated with intravascular microthrombi. Despite such grave symptoms, limited therapeutic interventions are available, and management is primarily supportive.

Reply to jersey-jazz. I thought you might also be interested in my medical history.
Every time when I had symptoms ( avascular
necrosis
or vocal cord paralysis), they referred me to the right department to treat them. Unfortunately, they didn’t work. I still feel blessed to live in US and have insurance.

Confused - SC or IM injections
I’ve been reading that
necrosis
is a possibility if injections aren’t done correctly. This is obviously concerning because I know I will probably need weekly injections for the rest of my life. I’m not afraid of needles or pain or anything like that. I just want to know what is safest.

Implications of butyrate and its derivatives for gut health and animal production 2018
The anti-inflammatory properties of butyrate have been shown to be mediated by several mechanisms including: the reduction of pro-inflammatory cytokine expression (interferon gamma [IFN-γ], tumor
necrosis
factor-α [TNF-α], interleukin-1B [IL-1B], IL-6, IL-8), the induction of IL-10 and transforming growth

Not sure what to do
I have Avascular
Necrosis
and very thin skin, so I'm reluctant to see my doctor again on Monday for a third dose of steroids. I want to feel better, but don't know what to do? Is it appropriate to go to A&£ or call 111? Any advice welcome. P.S I take Spiriva, Flutiform, and Alvesco.

Hip issues
Good morning my survivor sisters..I had been having some pain in my hip had a MRI and the results came back I have avascular
necrosis
I now have to see an orthopedic surgeon this is probably from the chemo I had in the past and possibly some side effect from the ibrance or letrozole as anyone ever experienced

Stubborn HCC patient with good news from docs, but still feeling awful
The radiation oncologist said there's
necrosis
, I believe, or death of the tumor. All that being said, my dad feels awful still. Says he has pressure in the stomach area.

Common IBS/IBD treatment blunts COVID-19 vaccine response.
The research measured antibody responses after vaccination with the Pfizer/BioNTech or the Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine in 865 people treated with infliximab, an anti-tumour
necrosis
factor (anti-TNF) biologic drug, prescribed to around two million people worldwide.

Vit B12 and Bone Marrow problems
It's a rare condition linked with breakdown in the bone metabolic lifecycle (osteonecrosis) and avascular
necrosis
(where a joint collapses); typically you go to orthopaedics and Rheumatology. Even though it's a disease of the bone marrow, patients rarely (if ever) go to haemotology departments.
