Can someone please tell me why and what causes this with SLE please

Are they related? Had this on a foot as a result of a wound; bloody hurt like hell, but did not know they were related at all to Lupus or etc?

There is lupus profundus and lupus panniculitis where the subcutaneous fat is attacked, and this can result in bumps and scarring. Maybe this is what you mean?
