Jesus.. when it rains…. All you can do is eat chocolate and be kind to yourself. I would also ask your GP to refer you for some counselling. This is A LOT. Take it easy. Write your rage out. Watch ‘Repair Shop’ if you need a good cry xx

I am so sorry to hear all you are going through. I really do hope that things start to improve. It can take such a long time with other complications coming along to knock us back. It has been like this for over a year for me now and totally hear you when you say how fed up you are and how much your struggling. Just wanted to send a supportive message to you as I have no wise words. x

I echo sweet Summer’s words .. keep in touch and have chat here with us. This is overwhelming to have another new condition to add on to your already overloaded list. As Ajay very wisely says, try get some help from pain management and a meds review and think about wellbeing groups and see if your doc or consultant have any details of such groups. You can do them remotely too - FT or just speak on the phone if more comfortable. Gentle hugs from me and from us all. I love Criplady’s advice too and write it out is an excellent idea. Some of your fave choc too. I DO like that advice very much! I always write down my dilemmas and some ideas to cope and plans of action always come from a little written rant! xx
