ATFL ligament tear recovery
I’ve just found out I have a full thickness ATFL tear of my right ankle after a running injury on 11 August. I’m due to walk the Camino de Santiago in 2 weeks. Would love any tips on how to heal as quickly as possibly and what exercises I can do?

Anti Depressant Valdoxan and Restless Legs
Here is another question if you can help. I've been told about a 'new' anti-depressant called Valdoxan and wonder if anyone has any experience of it with RL or any information about it's use with RL. I can't get three of the ones mentioned that are compatible due to restrictions here and the last one

New studies finds Flax seed can lead to Cyanide poisoning!
In many countries , Flax seeds also known as Linseeds are being treated as Superfood due to the presence of its Fiber and Alapha Linolenic Acid known as plant omega -3 . Vegans and vegetarians use this as source of plant omega 3, though hardly 2-3% of ALA may get converted to EPA/ DHA in human body

Split NDT over 24 hours?
Taking 1.5 grains of NDT. I take: 1 whole at 9.00pm. 0.5 at 12.00pm. Spirulina, chlorella and astaxanthin at 6.30am Iron, multi vits, astaxanthin at 4.00pm. I used to take magnesium at 9.00pm but since starting NDT a month ago i decided to take it in the night to avoid any potential foggy headedness

Development of white spots! Anyone identify? Heard of any connection please?
Hi I am interested to hear if anyone has noticed any changes in skin due to PA? I am sure I read somewhere about the development of white spots on the skin - however, I cannot remember where I read this! (perhaps imagined?) I have had a consultation with a neurologist - MRI and Nerve Conduction tests

Oxycodone Dopamine Agonist?
So I have just come off of ropinirole for restless leg due to augmentation and I’m now taking oxycodone 5 mg before bedtime. This is really been helping and I was hoping it would be good for the transitioning from Ropinerol. I just read that oxycodone is an agonist. Does this mean I will have augmentation

The vitamin B6 paradox: Supplementation with high concentrations of pyridoxine leads to decreased vitamin B6 function
The taking of B-complexes, and of just B6, has often been disussed here. I, along with several others, have pointed out that high doses of B6 should be avoided as they can cause neuropathy - one of the symptoms that it is sometimes taken to help relieve. This paper, from 2017 and hitherto completely

Burning feeling in feet
Just a quick question, do any of you suffer from 'burning' feet? Mine used to be dreadful, I'd have to sleep with my feet outside the bedcovers even on the coldest night. I realised after I'd been diagnosed and on Levo for a while that they weren't so bad so assumed the problem was hypo related. Unfortunately

How many times were you tested before you got treated for your thyroid problem?
I finally found out my most recent TSH level result today which was 4.52 (this was a test done 2 months ago - having another done next week) I was seeing GP for another reason and asked. Have been really suffering with dog tiredness, absent mindedness and general malaise for at least 2 years - first

Peripheral Neuropathy and Sunshine
Hello, I suffer from severe small fibre neuropathy, worst in my legs and feet. I take pregabalin and sometimes codeine which calms it at night. Find summertime difficult as even a small amount of sun on my legs and feet causes a massive flare up of pain. Even happens through jeans or skirts. I can't
