Fibi1907 Quite as few people use the spray successfully. I tried it, couldn't stand the feel of the oil on my skin. I use Natural Calm Magnesium Citrate powder and make a drink with orange juice.
If you post your current levels and what you're taking, I'm happy to make suggestions.
Also, tell me what the multivitamin is, they're really a waste of time and money as they contain too little of anything to help and often the wrong and least absorbable form of ingredients, and if it contains iron then nothing else will work as iron must be taken two hours away from any other supplements.
I use the Magnesium spray for joints by Better You. There are variations but I find the others all cause my skin to itch horribly.
I also put Magnesium crystals in a bath twice a week and soak for twenty minutes. Brilliant for joints and muscles being painful and difficult but no good if you dislike baths. You can use a foot bath instead, however.
Whatever, I am evangelistic about the benefits of Magnesium.
Me too. I use the original formula before bed. Reduces inflammation, joint pain and helps me sleep better. Less than a tenner for a spray lasting ages. The nuts
I bought the Better You spray as I've had terrible ankle pain for 2 months that wakes me EVERY night. From the first time I used it I have had no pain...its almost like a miracle.
It does leave a stingy / itchy feeling (which doesn't last long) but on their website it does say that it can be because you are Magnesium deficient and that will ease off the longer you use it or if you are using too much.
I also bought the gel version where you use a pea sized amount. I've only used it once so far but again I did sleep pain free and trust me, my ankle has been has been a nightmare.
It's an oil so be careful you don't spray on your carpet, etc...
