Pregnacare gummies

I take pregnacare gummies for my pre natal vitamin as I really struggle with large tablets or capsules.I have to admit although I thought they were quite sweet it's only today I've looked at the ingredients and I'm a bit horrified by how much sugar and syrup is in them. The liquid is disgusting.

Any good options for pre natal vitamins that aren't loaded with sugar and easy to take?!

The seven seas preconception (stage 1) vitamins are tiny tablets. Not sure how they compare content wise with other vitamins.

Proceive Max come in sachets so you can take as a drink. They are expensive though.

They are, but you can sometimes get them on offer. Most places do a 3 for 2 offer and sometimes boots does extra discounts. Worth having a look at their website.
