hi lovely pregnant ladies ,

can anyone recommend the best supplements to be on which have the full omega 3 dha levels of 500mg in . I am on pregnacare max but it’s advising an additional 200 mg of dha on top of what it has which is 300. I don’t eat any fish so really want to be fully supplemented. I tried wild nutrition which I really liked prior to getting pregnant.

Xxx
