Ongoing b12
The problem has been that the original doctor told him to buy
multivitamins
, they didn't agree with him so have been supplementing with B12 tablets.

New normal???
Has anyone gotten back to normal after severe B12 depletion? Yes, I feel better, more stable emotionally, but I'm still exhausted most of the time. I have no stamina. I become short of breath with little exertion. I just cannot find the energy to do very much. Is this as good as it gets? I've increased

Thank you for this wonderful forum
By the way, she knows I am not a vegan, eat plenty of meat & cheese, and have been taking
multivitamins
for years with 250% B12. I am really considering self injecting now, even if I don’t have major neurological symptoms.

Is it safe to take Biotin Supplements to try and promote hair growth & reduce thinning.
Hi! Can anyone in the know about vits & supplements advise or give their thoughts on taking Biotin supplements please... My hairstylist has recommended me taking it to help with my hair thinning, but I have read it can alter your blood test results, so I am presuming rightly or wrongly, that it can change

Question about magnesium
I have been on 1500 mg of gabapentin which completely controls my RLS but since about a month and a half ago about once a week, I do have RLS symptoms. I talked to my doctor today and he suggested I try magnesium. For those who have found it helpful: 1) How much magnesium do you take? 2) How far apart

B12 Dosage and Tablets whilst injecting for vegans?
Our parents live in Europe and are B12 deficient (130pgml 77 years / 210pgml 70 years old vegans). GP told them that the levels are fine (slightly low), that at max they will be a bit lethargic, but that's OK. One is unable to look up (as he gets dizzy and feels sick) and both have vertigo. One of them

Any ladies out there positive natural pregnancies low AMH/ovarian reserve? Feel like giving up
Hey everyone! Since our failed cycle ending in June been TTC naturally until next NHS funded round in April. No success yet other than a chemical pregnancy in September. I have low AMH/ ovarian reserve. And was wondering has anyone ever had success trying naturally with low AMH/OR? It’s been so draining

Multivitamins & Minerals and AFlutter/AFib
Apologies is this subject has been covered before but what c are peoples' experiences of taking
multivitamins
and minerals while they have the condition of AFlutter or AFib? I take a daily multivitamin+minerals and have AFlutter for which I take 1.25mg Bisoprolol.

Sensitive *BFP* from medicated FET
Hello All, Got my first ever bfp from my first medicated FET. This test was done 9 days 5dt. I can’t believe 4 years of TTC is over . I have pcos and DH’s motility is low. We decided to try ivf in July. They retrieved 26 eggs from me and I had to freeze all due to me feeling poorly from the procedures

Anxiety attack out of the blue when driving.
(The ones I have drunk lately seem to have B6 vitamin in them and may have added even more B6 vitamin complex when I was taking
multivitamins
but stopped since these attacks). Sorry for the ramble and thanks in advance.

Help - Supplement advice
Hi lovely people - wanted to check my current list of supplements with you to see if I'm missing any major ones, before I go into my 2nd ivf cycle. I don't want to overload on a million pills, just wanting a good broad supplement supply. Also could some PM me what coq10/ubiquinol they would recommend

Possible explanation for lack of hepatic B12 storage
I've seen a few posts on this forum regarding the seemingly inexplicable variations in B12 dosing schedules needed to keep different individuals from experiencing signs of deficiency. Furthermore, it seems that every MD believes one should store enough B12 in the liver for lengthy periods of time without

Is folic acid safe?
There are many articles claiming folic acid is not safe since it's not bioavailable to cells and can be root cause of some cancers and the only way cells absorbable form is methyl folate. So my question is now mist of the vitamin products contain folic acid is it safe to take folic acid? Is there any
