Magnesium question
Hi all I've been taking the BetterYou D3000+k2 spray since 9th September. I've stopped taking a multivitamin and intend to replace the iron, B vitamins etc on an individual basis over the next months. Originally I wasn't going to replace magnesium as a matter of course but my latest magnesium blood

I wanted to ask what supplements you take vitamin wise from transfer day? I take anyway Pregnacare Conception

should I stop Pramipexole
Hi, I’m looking for some advice about whether to stop Pramipexole and how to wean off if so. I’ve been taking it for approx 6 years 2 x 0.088 tablets and they seemed like the miracle cure for me. My RLS. Started in my early 40’s and was discovered my ferritin was extremely low due to needing a hysterectomy

When to give up…
Hi All, I am turning 34 soon, I have endometriosis and suffer from poor egg quality. My 9th round of IVF has just failed and I am going through the process of feeling sad, empty and angry. I think the next logical option is donor egg, but a part of me is just doubting that thinking what if there

pregnancy vitamins??
hi everyone, currently 8w2d pregnant and really struggling with sickness 😣 I was taking the Pregnacare Max pregnancy vitamins as soon as we got our BFP but it’s 3 tablets! I also take antidepressants so it all equals a lot of tablets! I was really struggling to keep them down so I’ve switched to

muscle twitching and high B6
I had a buzzing sensation in my foot and had blood drawn June 12. My B6 was 168 (high ref range 21). I stopped my multivitamin but am still having daily muscle twitching and it’s been 2 months already. Anyone with a similar issue? I am also hypothyroid but still sub clinical and so not medicated (TSH

More results found - any supplements recommended for hair loss?
I had a telephone appointment with a doctor from my surgery recently to discuss my results from 20th July and my current hair loss/balding patches. I found out that there were more results that I hadn't been given as a print out when I went to collect them a week or so before , including B12, ferratin

Man Lost Ability to Walk After Taking Too Many Vitamin B6 Supplements
A man in Australia lost his ability to walk after consuming 70 times the recommended daily dose of vitamin B6, ABC Radio Melbourne reported. But 50 milligrams is much higher than the standard dose recommendation in both Australia and the US, which is 1.7 milligrams of vitamin B6 per day for men over

Multivitamin Injection
Afternoon, I am looking for a multivitamin liquid for injection, is there anywhere that sells this? Pretty sure I am not absorbing vitamins properly, currently inject B12. Thanks.

Results interpretation please!
I had a TFT panel done privately as my GP practice won’t do them until my next prescription is due. I am on Levothyroxine 75mcg and have been on this dose since last October. My antibodies were apparently low when I was originally diagnosed last year, so I’m assuming I have hypothyroidism, not Hashimotos

Private testing - how to decide which tests? Resume supplements?
I'm so happy to have found this forum! Looking for some advice please on private testing. I suspect my thyroid function and possibly adrenal health has been poor for quite a long time, probably declining since late teens (I'm now perimenopausal, at 47 years old). My worst symptoms include brain fog

Personalised Vitamin Plans (radio)
And we know that there is a strong (and evidenced) view that
multivitamins
are not ideal. Issues like combinations which affect each other. Inadequate doses of some vitamins for those who are actually deficient. Iodine in what might be an excess for many.
