iodine free multivitamin
There's no such thing as a 'good' multi-vitamin. It's just wrong to take all of those nutrients at the same time. For example, iron: iron should be taken at least two hours away from everything except vit C, because it will bloock the absorption of everything.
They also tend to contain the cheapest and least bio-available ingredients. For example, cyanocobalamin, instead of methylcobalamin, folic acid instead of methylfolate.
They don't contain enough of anything to treat a true deficiency.
They contain things you're unlikely to need, like calcium - if you can absorb it depsite the iron.
Etc. Etc. Etc.
Far better to get vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin tested and just take what you need, according to the results.
Definitely agree with greygoose ; steer clear of multivitamins as they often contain fillers and certain vitamins are best taken with a couple of hours gap from each other. I’d test ferritin, folate, Vit D and VitB12 through your GP ( or privately as many members do) then post results on the forum for further advice.
