Hi everyone, my progesterone came back good at 45 and apparently normal is 15/20 so that great! Hopefully we have transfer tomorrow provided we get a call in the morning that one made it to blast.
I wanted to ask what supplements you take vitamin wise from transfer day? I take anyway Pregnacare Conception Max, which has the usual stuff in but I take also an extra 400mg of Co-q10. Should I stop that Co-q10 now? I think I may have read somewhere that you shouldn’t take it while pregnant or PUPO?
There is 50mg also of it in my Pregnacare Conception Max is that ok to take though as it’s a low dose?
As always, thanks!

I personally always switch straight to Pregnacare Original (the one for pregnancy) post transfer as the conception one has higher levels of some vitamins which should be lowered when pregnant and you should act as pregnant after ET. I would also stop the CQ10.
Hello, I use the nutri advanced pregnancy multivitamin. My nutritionist said it has a higher bioavailability than Pregnacare. I also took omega 3 twice weekly as I am on clexane and vitamin D, Aspirin and a capsule for keeping vaginal bacteria at bay.
