For those who have not had a chance to go through this.
For me this is the first time.
I give below the link https://www.dietdoctor.com/my-health-markers-after-10-years-with-lchf
I tried to copy and paste. For some reason, it could not re-produce the chart that he prepared.[/b

High-Fat, Low-Carb Diet
There hardly is a week a member comes along asking about diet and gets "served" high-fat, low-carb diet. Like everything, the extremes are always dangerous and even though such a diet might have helped some, there is also ample room for mishap and problems. Why not simply let everyone "google" for it

Hi, I have just joined the group and have recently been diagnosed with pre-diabetes so I'm trying to get as much advice as possible. I have started an exercise programme (using the iPrescribe exercise app) and have really cut down on sugary foods (I'm also reducing my carbs). Is there any further advice

Diabecon availability in Europe?
For the past year, I have been using Diabecon and Diabecon DS with great results. I was diagnosed with insulin resistance a couple of years ago (fasting blood sugar and insulin levels in range but close to upper normal range). According to my doctor, that could explain why I found it so difficult to

HIGH PP Sugar
I am 79 a known case of Diabetes & BP under good control with medication. In February, I was diagnosed with CAD ( 95% , 90% & 85%) for which I took 35EECP Sittings & 20 EDTA infusions. Of late, I am finding that while fasting sugar is below 100 the PP sugar is about 180. Any idea for likely reasons?
