exchange your break fast and dinner. ie, take fish curry or chicken for breakfast. The fat you take for breakfast will help you, not to increase your GI after breakfast and even after your lunch and dinner. try to reduce carbohydrate like chappathy and Dosa for dinner since you do not require glucose at night as your job is only to sleep at night. Once you have a good sleep(I fear you are having a disturbed sleep at present) your Growth Hormone(GH) will function naturally.

Food alone will not solve your problem. Take half an hour exercise or go for a long walk everyday without fail. also meditate or do prayer for 30 minutes everyday. You will get relief from diabetes. Good luck to you. With all love , respect and happiness.

Diabetes can be controlled/managed by a proper regulated diet ,exercise. and medicines prescribed by the doctor.

Your Medicines seems to be less, Pl contact your Doctor and tell these BS levels to correct the medicines

1. Eat every Four hours mini meals. Don't eat big meals. Take more green vegetables/salads.

2. Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread etc

3. Reduce foods with high GI Index like potato, white rice, banana, mango.

4. Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc.

5. Eat daily fruits with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange.

6. Eat lot of proteins like dals, sprouts, egg, chicken etc with every minimeal.

7. Drink lot of water. One glass every hour.

8. Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday.

Why should he reduce oil?

First know the D status.

Initially check bs at least 5 times a day. Fasting, prelunch, ppbs - 1& 2, predinner. See what diet suits you.

Hi, I have lowered my blood sugar significant using1 of 6 things:

1. Apple cider vinegar, works for high carb meals and high fat meals

2. Gentle digest, its my cat's supplement contains chicory root (for high fat meals)

3. Atkins bar with any meal ( works for high carb and high fat meals) or Atkins meals

4. 1-2 drops NOW Peppermint Oil (works for high carb and high fat meals)

5. Source Naturals Holy Basil for high cortisol levels raising blood sugar. (For me this is only at night, so I take it at night for through the night into combat the dawn effect.) You will know if you have high cortisol at night if after dinner you are tired but later your energy returns so may a problem going to sleep at night. Also, this Holy Basil calms me and helps me sleep.

6. And if you like milkshakes... an Atkins vanilla shake, blended with about 12 strawberries and 1 pkt Stevia (or splenda if you prefer) will lower blood sugar at any time of day or night and combat the dawn effect as well. This tastes better than a McDonald's shake and is just as thick, plus works fantastic.

Ps. Using the six above I no longer take any prescription medicines. My sugar came down from 296 to 1/2 of that - or better.

I did not change my diet or exercise either.

All of these are fairly inexpensive and they work fantastic, so experiment to see what works best for you.

I have found, if you exercise or are thin, you can still ended up with diabetes. That tends to mean being sedentary and overweight does not cause diabetes, but only may acserbated the root cause.

There's a gastrointestinal doctor that says the very day his patients leave the hospital after gastric bypass they are no longer diabetic, not after a period of time or after they loose weight, it's immediate. Therefore, he believes diabetes has to do with the stomach. Perhas a smaller stomach produces more of something? Ie. good bacteria? Meaning diabetes may be caused by a lack of probiotics? Who knows? Until I do, my plan above works fine.

With medicine diet control and exercise is a must. on 27th August my PPBS was 542 and FBS 294. I controlled diet and resorted to 1 hour walking daily; also taking Ayush82 (2 tablets - 3 times a day; before BF, lunch and diner. Last week my FBS was 150 and PPBS 194. I have not taken a single allopathic medicine till date.

Please try Ayush82 alongwith your allopathic medicine from today.
