I've been told that St Johns Wort helps with energy...do you thin it would be ok with MTX , infliximub , Levothyroxin , Zpolicon , Omesparol
Folic acid , 6 week injection of B6 , tramadol..I know it sounds silly but I just want some energy and it is a herb? Thanks you.

I'm scared I'm developing a serious problem + food because I can't lose weight, even when eating under 600cals for days. Why can't I lose?
If I eat any more then I feel so guilty and so full that I just have to get it out of me. I tried talking to my doctor about my inability to lose weight and she just told me to "chill". It is making me so depressed that I am not coping at all. I would take St Johns Wort but it says that interferes with

Coconut Oil, Lauric acid, and Cholesterol
There had been several posts in the past few months discussing benefits of large doses of coconut oil for relieving portions of PD symptoms. One of the issues that has come up from time to time is the question of the impact of taking a large dose of the saturated fat in coconut oil on one's overall health

St Johns Wort. Take or not?
I'm considering taking SJW, I'm trying to avoid Citalopram. I'd be very interested on peoples thoughts on taking SJW? How have you found it? Does it work? Any side affects? Thanks

Dont always assume its your thyroid
Hi, been hypothyroid for a couple of years now and have recently self medicated as despite being told frequently that i am adequately replaced i feel totally drained. However, like a dog with a bone i refused to give up and was given. A second referral, this time to a brillaint endo who really listened

CPap machine
I was diagnosed with COPD 5 years ago whilst still working and sleeping so badly I could hardly stay awake at my desk. I was given a CPap machine by the Brompton hospital and have never looked back really. Apparently my oxygen levels drop so low during the night that I keep waking up in a panic although

Some additions to the diagnosis. Anyone else?
I have been to get the results of my sleep study today and apparently I have sleep apnea and restless legs syndrome. Hmmm news to me! I had no idea, I slept through the whole thing! hahah. So I wondered how common these two are along with autoimmune arthritis diseases? Apparently they will review me

Try CPAP therapy
I posted a couple of months ago that I had Botox therapy and sadly this didn't do much for me. So I dug in deep and went for a sleep apnea test. I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea, issued a CPAP machine and chose the Wisp mask, which is not a full facial mask. Right out of the shute I noticed

i was quite shocked
i had a financial assessment today from the council as i have had funding to attend headway and community steps well i gave them all my details and he ignored my wifes income initially as it was my assessment anyway it turns out that i would have had to pay £55 a week towards my care which is a few
