If the metastasis is not severe (ie widespread) why not surgery first?
If one has a breast tumor, and only a few areas of
metastasis
- why isn't surgery to remove the breast tumor, and then radation/targetted treatment on the areas of
metastasis
? Any insight you can share will be deeply appreciated.

Skull Metastasis
I just read (paraphrase) that "distant bone
metastasis
of the skull is rare and is associated with poor prognosis" Such encouraging words. Should I be concerned?

Xofigo anyone?
I don't have organ on lymph node
metastasis
yet. My oncologists team suggests Xofigo/Ra-223 as a next step, with a possible continuation with Pluvicto later on. Has anyone had Xofigo for only bone
metastasis
? What was your experience ? Were you able to function between the four/six sessions?
