Lynparza for bone/liver mets - success?

Hello!

Unfortunately, my PET scan revealed bone progression and 4 new liver lesions. I will be switching from Enhertu (was on Enhertu for a year) to lynparza/ olaparib. Has anyone had success with a parp helping get rid of bone/ liver metastasis for stage 4 breast cancer? Or keeping things stable? And if so, for how long?

Thanks for any info and/or experiences.

I have liver lesions (along with lesions in many other places including bones) from breast cancer. However, my liver is large, and my blood work indicates that my liver is still functioning normally. I continue to take ribociclib and letrozole on a 5 day on/ 2 days off schedule so my neutrophils stay above reasonably above 1.0. I do not take any liver meds as such. Do google "lynparza", and discuss your findings with your doctor! Apparently, it may cause bone marrow problems....
