PSMA PET Scan - Help Interpreting Report?
My husband, unfortunately, suffered very difficult effects from treatment - not only physical but also
mental
health
issues, as well. They became intolerable and he requested a break from ADT.

Coagulation markers as independent predictors of prostate cancer aggressiveness.
New study below [1]. Altered coagulation factors are an early event in PCa. Indeed, the first sign of PCa in some men may be a deep vein thrombosis [DVT. The study authors wondered if there were coagulation factors associated with aggressive disease. Only fibrinogen & D-dimer were determined

Thank you
Many thanks to all of you who responded to over active / sensitive bladder . My heart is with you because I think it is horrible . Having had a heart bypass and a husband who is disabled I find my energy is not good . I’m not bad in the daytime but as soon as I’m horizontal at night it starts when I

Hey I’m new, don’t know how to do this
I joined this space because there isn’t anyone in my life that I can talk to about my
mental
health
right now and it’s so overwhelming. I’m constantly anxious, I was depressed last year and got better after a while but I’m scared it might be starting again.

Alive, with thanks: update on nightmare
Thank you to everyone for replies. I'm still wading through them but trying to avoid spending time on the computer. I survived the weekend. Saturday night was so bad that the only thing that stopped me from ringing 999 overnight was the fear that I would be told there were no ambulances available. I

If the doctor doesn’t find it will my

survive the news, I feel I would give up all hope? Will my pain get better if they do take it out? Is my pain going to come straight back after they take me off prostrap injections? What if that day the surgeon doesn’t believe me?

Mind the gap!!!
I would like some advice from you lovely people, please. I was diagnosed with PAF over 30 years ago and since the early years when episodes frightened the life out of me, I now understand them better and deal with them in a calmer way. It doesn't make me like them any better though. I had an echocardiogram

AF and stroke
I was diagnosed in 2018 with AF and prescribed bisoprolol and flecanide. Then I had a stroke in July 23. After 2 months I was finally allowed home. I had an episode of AF and was admitted for a 1 night stay where I was told I wasn't given apixaban due to y age of 38 at the time and being low risk. At

Nightmare with(out) flecainide. Cannot get help from NHS.
This is a follow-up to a post I made earlier this week, trying to figure out whether to take a previously unused flecainide prescription as a PIP. I was diagnosed with lone paroxysmal AF 10+ years ago (I was not quite 50) but it has not been a regular problem -- I didn't need regular meds. Due to the
