Can an Ablation make my Paroxysmal AFib worse
I wonder whether someone can help me decide whether to have an ablation or wait Iam 65 and due to have a Pulsed Field Ablation and have justhad my pre procedure nurse interview. I have paroxysmal AFib -usually twice a year -lasting about 8-9 hours which I control with a one off mega dose 300mg

I've struggled with my

before but occasionally my brain injury gets me down because I'm unable to do the things I want to do and the exhaustion prevents me from getting things done.

My
mental
health
is good despite everything. This time, he said I do definitely have inflammation in my lungs after breathing into a machine. He has asked me to keep a peak flow diary for 3 weeks. It is consistently 600/650 before and after taking Symbicort. Is that normal?

Tired of crying
It was 1000% a
mental
health
crisis. I probably should have gone to the hospital and got treatment , but I'm stubborn amd prideful, and also not sure they would even help. It's too much to unload in just this post. To be clear I'm not suicidal, like I have no intentions of hurting myself.

Asking for support following GP 'Results Normal' response
This has come on top of feeling really rough and not driving for several days, being unable to take my daughter out as planned for her birthday yesterday and my husband having a worsening of a
mental

issue overnight (he is ok but its implications are not good).

So recently my

has taken a turn for the worse. Today I called the suicide hotline for the first time. I’ve been living the past week in a state of constant anxiety and panic. Feels like nothing calms me down or gets me out of my head.

Af vs Ectopic beats
Hi all, This may sound a like a silly question but is it easy to differentiate between AF and PVCs? I’ve had PVCs for several years which sometimes occur only a few times a day and occasionally can be 1000s a day. I’ve recently been diagnosed with PAF but do not experience a racing heart rate and
