Mental health of sufferers from systematic auto-immune rheumatic diseases
Just got this link today because I responded to a questionnaire. GCA /PMR is not specifically mentioned, but is part of the picture https://academic.oup.com/rheumatology/advance-article/doi/10.1093/rheumatology/kead369/7226503

I keep unwillingly hurt my fiance with my depression
My biggest fear is that my
mental
health
will ruin our relationship and I will lose the one I love most. I really cant bare the though thought of it. I've read and understand the notion that if shes ment to be with me she will love me through the bad parts as well.

Climbing TSH What should I expect to happen treatment wise
My exercise is how I look after my
mental
health
and keep it upbeat and healthy. Now that my exercise has all stopped as I haven’t the energy. Today I’ve just had the next set of blood results back. These were taken at 0830 and I had only drank a little water, to keep the results accurate.

Cialis duration after SBRT
I was prescribed Cialis as a possible protectant for radiation damage to blood vessels. I had a five session SBRT. A year out, I have few if any side effects. No erectile issues, but I’ve stayed on the Cialis on the assumption it might reduce future radiation damage. My research indicated ED started

Where do I begin?
I’m constantly being told there’s nothing wrong, that perhaps it’s my
mental
health
. It so isn’t. I haven’t been able to convince my GP for a referral to an Endo. I just don’t know what to do anymore. I’m also experiencing some eye issues, puffiness under my eyes and gritty like feeling.

Feeling like I don't deserve to be loved
Maybe I'll drive them away with my
mental
health
problems. Maybe they'll fall out of love with me. As much as it hurts to think of losing them, I wouldn't blame them if they did leave me.

Giving up old friends after diagnosis? Have you?
I have much younger activity partner friends and they are amazing about
mental
health
and self care so it's quite a contrast.

Pain so bad, contemplating leaving work
My
mental
health
is severely struggling and I am running out of ideas of how to deal with my pain. I am constantly talking to my gp with meds being prescribed but nothing is helping. I am really contemplating leaving work to focus on my health as I am struggling to manage my three days a week.

I am not sure if I have IBS?
I have been suffering from 5 years, and it's taking a toll on my
mental
health
. I have been diagnosed with severe anxiety about a year ago, and I can barely go out anymore since everytime I go out, it always ends up in an embarrassing situation. I cannot even go to classes anymore.

lost, confused, sad
Back in the days West Indian families didn’t believe in
mental
health
. As I grow older more people are seeking therapy. However, the older generation still find it hard to believe that anxiety and depression exist. When I think about my childhood it is all a blur. I remember bits and pieces.
