Menopur

I have been Taku Menopur to prepare for uterine transfer for 10days now and my uterus is not changing. Can I take progynova tablets to help thicken the wall

I have ordered 6 days worth of Menopur injections and they are safely stored in my local pharmacy.

After 8 days pm 450iu of menopur, I went for another scan and the nurses were blown away as I had gone from 7 follicles to 32. They were all talking about how rare this is since I will be 39 in Feb and my amh is 3.6 when tested in April.

The clinic says I was on fairly high dose of menopur. It looks like the synarel nasal spray didn't work. Anyone else had similar situation ever?

I'm over responding again and so they have reduced me to 75iu menopur per day. Me estrogen is 10,000. I have another scan and blood test on Wednesday (it's Monday now). Does anybody have experience of estrogen levels reducing in a couple of days? I'm so scared we will have to abandon again.

First try in July I was on 225 Gonal F and 150 Menopur with no response at all. This time they upped it to 300 Gonal F and 150 Menopur which I think is the highest amount, again no response at all 😢 I have been taking all of the supplements, healthy diet, I’m a healthy weight etc.

After going on 450 dose of menopur during long protocol IVF we had to abort the cycle as I was over responding to the meds and my estrogen was so high. I have another appt in January and they are recommending short protocol ivf this time.

Does anyone have any experience of switching from ovaleap to menopur and what were the results like if so? Thank you xx

I have been on short protocol, 225 Menopur, Framedel and then had my trigger last night which was changed the last minute due to risk of hyper stimulation. Since having had my last jabs last night, I just absolutely haven’t felt right at all.

First round, I was given 150 menopur and the last two days my does was increased to 300. At egg collection they got only took 4 eggs, however there were lots of smaller immature follicles. Unfortunately none of the 4 mature were fertilised.

Has anyone been on a menopur only protocol? How was your success? i am due to start a menopur only protocol , 300 iu for 2 days then 150 iu on wards didnt respond too well to gonal f 112 iu on the first round I was 25 and good amh and normal bmi - i have pcos

I was on Synarel nasal spray ang Menopur 600IU, the maximum dose. I also got my full period about 1 week before egg collection to which the doctor said, your uterine line was shedding as it was weak. So we'll freeze the embryos & not do fresh transfer.

But going back to menopur now , which has been the best cycle so far but ended in an early miscarriage. Thanks so much for your responses

Hi lovely ladies, Has anyone taken menopur and ovaleap on a short protocol before? I had my first follicle scan today and I had 13 follicles showing, 8 follicles which where leading and 5 follicles tailing behind.

I am going to be taking Menopur and have read it’s one that you mix the solution yourself. I’m freaking out a little bit that it’s complicated and I’m overwhelmed with it all as it is. Does anyone have experience with this that can reassure me? TIA xx

short protocol, 2nd circle cancelled follicles stop to grow,short protol,3rd circle 5 grown follicles after 10 days of estrogen priming but late retrival and they ovulated on 2 rettived nothing to transfer, 4th circle ,5 follicle seen on baseline scan started gonal f 150IU for 4 days then addidng menopur

Does anyone know when I might start if I have to ring on day 1 based on being put on Menopur and rekovelle? Getting hold of the clinic is hard work and I was hoping to see a nurse today but I didn’t. Thanks in advance x

After taking my bloods they then rang me and said to not take menopur for the next two nights to prevent OHSS as my hormone levels were at 24,000. Apparently it’s called coasting. I’ve got another scan tomorrow but can’t help but over think it all and worry.

Hi everyone, Been reading some of your posts and finding comfort in not being as alone as I feel. Feel like it can’t be connected as only on day 3 but I keep getting so emotional and tearing up. It’s maybe just how real things feel now doing first round of IVF. Any tips to stay calm and less anxious

This time I have been on a medicated cycle . 75iu menopur, letrozole for 5 days and baby aspirin, vitamin E all the beetroot juice, raspberry tea etc. And on day 10 my lining is only 6mm it needs to be 7 :( I have a short cycle so I could ovulate and my follicles are 18mm.
