Hi all, I have a question regarding private IVF medications. I have ordered 6 days worth of Menopur injections and they are safely stored in my local pharmacy. However I no longer need them at present - by the time I might be able to use them they might be close to expiry date (they have a shelf life of 2 yrs) - hence I wondered how can someone else use them? I am aware that once they leave the pharmacy they cannot be donated or sold as they need to be stored in the fridge, however my chemist suggested that since they are still in store there and I have not touched them, someone else might be able to pick them up instead of me otherwise they will just be thrown away. I'm in SW London ( Brixton) and that's where the chemist is. It would be a shame to just throw them away so I wondered if anybody has been in a similar situation and knows what to do?
