cicle Cancelled follicles not growing,any advice?

Hi All

As anyone experienced this?this is my 4th circle with the clinic and it has been cancelled after 6 days of stim due to follicles not growing and the blood test came out estrogen is very low,

I have very low AMh,first circle only 2 egg retrived nothing to transfer,short protocol,

2nd circle cancelled follicles stop to grow,short protol,3rd circle 5 grown follicles after 10 days of estrogen priming but late retrival and they ovulated on 2 rettived nothing to transfer,

4th circle ,5 follicle seen on baseline scan started gonal f 150IU for 4 days then addidng menopur 75IU from day 5 to 6,and during the scan only 1 small follicle is seen and the blood test come out estrogen is 18pg/ml hence circle cancelled,short protocol.

Feeling devasted as i have been using on the recommended supplements for low AMH,changed lifestyle to health eating and daily walks,tried acupuncture as well.

Any advise?will appreciate

I'm so sorry to hear this, looks like you are trying everything your end. Would you consider a second opinion/advise from a different clinic?

Hi I have just had a cycle cancelled myself but it was cancelled as my follicles disappeared!!I feel your frustration and pain.I have extremely low amh and had a lead follicle of 30mm after 5 days of stims so knew cycle was going to be cancelled early on.x

They advised much lower dose of pergoveris,adding in human growth hormones and letrozole so we shall see how that goes.x

No it was my third.Second cycle was successful and now have a 16month old.x
