For anyone that was or has been found to have Aspergillus fungus in lungs or sensitive to it, this is interesting reading. I was treated for several months with antifungal medication but no reduction in levels. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-36702215

Cholesterol - squalene monooxygenase (SQLE)
New study below. I have written about cholesterol before - how PCa cells have a greater uptake & can synthesize it if necessary - & how cholesterol in PCa cells can be used to synthesize androgen. Which means, IMO, that statins should be used during ADT. This new study is interesting, since it examined

Due to this experience I have been learning a lot, and one of the things is about sugar. Basically our insulin always stores magnesium. Sugar not only

To sum up my experience, I am sharing with you the letter I wrote to an author of the book I am using to heal myself. "Good day Eric, I hope it is okay for me to respond to this email. Hi everyone, I've not been on Thyroid forum before, only Rheumatoid Arthritis one, but I was disagnosed with underactive thyroid years ago, taken levothyroxine ever since. Been reading a lot about the theories that all inflammation starts in the gut, and because I also get a lot of what I think is bloating

Bisoprolol and Hawthorne
I'm going to ask my GP about this next week, but thought I'd ask if anybody here is on bisoprolol and hawthorne. I'm lucky in that I've been taking bisoprolol for 4 years without noticing any side effects. I'm so glad I'd not found this place before the cardiologist put me on it when I went to A&E as

Fungal infections under toe nails
I had a fungal infection on both big toes under the nail. It got bad enough on one nail for the nail to fall off. I had my doctors advise me and none of the usual treatments were effective. Then another doctor told me that one of her patients had tried Canesten antifungal cream and Tea Tree oil combined

Zinc - Clioquinol
New paper below [1]. Many will know that the normal prostate has the highest concentration of zinc in the body. Normal prostates also have large amount of citrate, & it seems that the role of zinc is to protect the citrate from being metabolized. An early event in the development of PCa is a reduction

What do we avoid to prevent further bleeds?
I just tuned 58 years old. My first bleed was in 2009, I was 51. It was pretty bad because my cavernoma was in the brain stem, near my pons. But with God's grace I recovered with a year of therapy. During the duration of my therapy, I took an herbal supplement called NeuroAid. You can check their website
