Tight foreskin in older men - Phimosis
I am confronted with a tight foreskin that start to bother me about 3-4 months ago. I always had a sensitive foreskin and sometimes I am getting fungal infection that usually goes away with antifungal cream (clotrimazole) or coconut oil. In fact in latest years I completely replace antifungal cream

Options for multiple severe asthma exacerbations
I am getting to my wits end and hoping for some good ideas from this great community. I suffer from severe asthma. In less than a year I have had 8 chest infections: 4 - required steroids 6 - required antibiotics 2 - were COVID like but were not, though I did receive codeine for 1 one of the flare-ups

Penile/scrotal raphe is red
My penile/scrotal raphe has been red for about three weeks. This is the visible line or ridge on the underside of the penis that runs from the scrotum to the tip of the penis. The red extends slightly into the upper scrotum. It does not hurt or itch, but it shouldn't be red. I also have a mild case

Chronic Glans / Foreskin inflammation for 16 Months now. Very worried.
Hi there. I am fighting this problem for way too long already and it only seems to get worse. I didn't have unprotected sex for a long time when this all started so I could already rule out an STD (which was then confirmed by my urologist and dermatologist as they did a variety of tests). Everything

Dryness, Cracks and Peeling on penis skin
Hi, I'm a new one here. I'm 21, I've got this problem since last year and any doctor can't help me. I was using antifungal medicines like clotrimazol creme e.t.c. The problem is dryness and peeling of skin + cracks after masturbation/sex. This is photo before masturbation: https://ibb.co/93FrLQG and

Balanitis for 3 months
I’ve been dealing with a fungal infection / Balanitis for the past 3 months 1/2. It started when I had smegma underneath my foreskin built up that caused redness. I was prescribed Ketoconazole and Desitin which got rid of the infection in 3 weeks. I was dealing with a bit of tip issues towards the end

Study finds lung transplant patients not given antifungal preventive drugs have higher risk of death.
Antifungal preventive medications reduce mortality risk by half in the first year following lung transplantation, according to Mayo Clinic research involving 667 patients who received lung transplants from 2005 to 2018. The retrospective study, published in the Annals of the American Thoracic Society

Itchy scalp
We have posted about itchy scalp before and one thing that helped me was Head & Shoulders itchy scalp shampoo. But it’s no longer as good as it used to be. I checked the ingredients and they have changed the anti-fungal from zinc pyrithione to piroctone olamine. My face rashes and soreness have kicked

Yeast infection
Great. Now I have a yeast overgrowth. I am prone to yeast overgrowth in my system. I'm not talking about the vaginal yeast infections that women tend to get . I have more of an allergy to mold which causes me to get yeast overgrowth inside my body. Now I know that's one reason I feel so awful. Of course

Turmeric supplements and having extreme fatigue with inflammed liver??
Hello. Following an nhs health check my liver enzymes were in the 400s. I felt fine but immediately stopped drinking . Prior to lock down I was a little above recommended intake at about 20 units a week. During lock down my narcissistic severely asthmatic 84yr old mother moved in with us for 3 months

Critical care neuropathy - 22 months later
After surviving multiple organ failure and sepsis 22 months ago. Physical recovery has been clear but very slow. I am very grateful for what I have today compared to when I left the hospital in a wheelchair unable to walk, climb stairs or even dress alone. Today I can walk 4 miles, play 9 holes and yesterday

I have really been struggling at the moment with fatigue, light headedness, numbness in hands and feet, painful body aches, swollen neck, acid reflux and eye floaters. I have tried ashwagandha and didn’t notice

CT Scan & _Flecanaide Q's
Hi fellow sufferers all, I'm due to have a CT Scan (is this easy to go through???) with a view to being put on Flecanaide, if my arteries aren't clogged with plaque. Is anyone else on Flecanaide (spelling?) ? How do you find it? Does it solve the Afib? I'm told I also have to continue to take a low
