Can I take KALMS with Bisoprolol?
Hello everyone, Do you happen to know if KALMS can be taken if I have PAfib and take Bisoprolol? I have only ever had two attacks (after too much caffeine and going through peri-menopause) and don't want to risk anything. I'm also taking Evening Primrose Oil, which I am assuming is fine? Julia

Does anyone have any experience with this?
Hi, When I was diagnosed with endometriosis In 2006 I mention to my gynea how bad my pms was and he advised me to take vit b6 and evening primrose oil . I’ve always purchased them and after trying some different brands found the Superdrug ones best for me yet also affordable , they now seem to be discontinued

Testing information
This was some of the info Slowdragon asked for. This is from September 2019. My most current TSH is 3.2. My current vitamin B12 is 1400. This is the most recent test I had for all of the other things. Let me know if this shows anything that could be going on. As I’ve said, I have major bouts with

Constipation - Parkinsons, Sinemet or both ? Natural ways of treating constipation?
Mom has a G tube so it limits sometimes what we can give her in terms of fibre , even though she is getting completely organic food with no preservatives etc . All clean ingredients. I might start massaging her tummy with some essential oils , dont want to give her too many laxatives. Any suggestions

How do you take your peppermint oil?
Hi everyone. I’ve had IBS d/c, aggravated by world beating piles, for about twenty years, diagnosed by my GP. I can’t find any specific food trigger except coffee & chocolate 🙁 After a flare up this week (hot weather?) I’ve started a course of Colpermin. Trouble I’m having is fitting in the three doses

I need to rant
So my mother in law is desperate for a grandchild all of her friends have grandchildren. She visits all those houses on a whim to see the babies/kids yet never calls around here. She's said in crowds of people oh hopefully il be next for a grandchild. Full well knowing that we have issues, even a week

Any Farmers, family or spouses of farmers, out there with ADD/ADHD?
I am asking for support, just a shoulder to lean on. My hubby is a fourth generation farmer and my boys are spitting image's at 10 and 8y/o. And, no they do not wear overall all the time...just when working on equipment or cleaning the barn. Anyway, it is difficult for me to be at the farm because there

Problem solved
Hi all. as you know I have been experiencing some unpleasant side effects lately. Excessive hair loss, burning scalp, extreme fatigue, painful joints, pale skin ect. First I thought it was the new batch of Levo, then I thought I may have rode my bike too far and exhausted my self, etc. Problem solved
