How do you take your peppermint oil?

Hi everyone. I’ve had IBS d/c, aggravated by world beating piles, for about twenty years, diagnosed by my GP. I can’t find any specific food trigger except coffee & chocolate 🙁 After a flare up this week (hot weather?) I’ve started a course of Colpermin. Trouble I’m having is fitting in the three doses on an empty stomach and between paracetamol doses for arthritis in my spine and hips. Even fitting in two doses things are better but I would prefer the full whack. How do you take your peppermint oil with other medication?

I've been taking colpermin for years. 3 times a day, about 30 minutes before meals. I generally don't worry about taking it with other medications unless you've specifically been told not to. I take my morning dose with vitamins before breakfast. If I'm in pain then I take paracetamol after I've eaten. If I'm having a bad flare then I also take buscopan in between too. Hope this helps.
