Can I take KALMS with Bisoprolol?

Hello everyone,

Do you happen to know if KALMS can be taken if I have PAfib and take Bisoprolol? I have only ever had two attacks (after too much caffeine and going through peri-menopause) and don't want to risk anything. I'm also taking Evening Primrose Oil, which I am assuming is fine?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, there are mixed reviews. I just don't want to set anything off. I phoned the pharmacist and she said it was okay but might slow my heart rate very slightly.

I'm just getting over Labrinthitis - an inner ear virus. It's made me feel very anxious as the ringing in my ears is stressing me out. I need to calm down a bit in order to try and shift it.

Does being anxious make it worse? Kalms is all natural ingredients I believe but best to check

Yes - the dizziness went a few days ago but still have the ringing. Anxiety makes the ringing worse I think....need to chill, lol.

I suffer so bad with anxiety as far as I’m concern it’s not money that’s the root to all evil it’s anxiety and especially when you can’t handle it, just horrible did you say you have PAF aswell can I ask do you suffer with any ectopics?

in reply toJulia7

I can sympathise, I had labrynthitis earlier this year and it knocked me sideways for weeks.

As for Kalms, I have taken them in the past and had no issues. I take magnesium daily and that really has improved my sleep
