Help! Mystery Illness.
- I basically can't feel anything in my muscles if someone gave me a
massage
It would only be sensed on the skin I feel nothing underneath. - The sensation went slowly bit by bit so it started with behind my head where the main throbbing was taht suddenly went. - Next the Scalp and Chest just died

Coping with Hand/Foot Syndrome
Gently apply moisturizing creams that are non-irritating — do not rub or

cream into your skin. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and shoes. Cool your hands and feet with an ice pack or cool pack — alternating on and off no longer than 15 minutes at a time.

Forced to workout
I recently opened my business as a
massage
therapist in a nice gym facility. The owner is insisting that I come to the classes and work out. Says that I need to set an example for our clients. I'm less than healthy but my job is grueling work anyhow.

Visanne - breast discomfort?
Went to see a
massage
therapist and she said my lymph is blocked and it could be due to harmone changes due to this tablet. I am worried that this does not lead to something major. I have asked for a breast ultrasound to ensure everything is Ok. Has anyone had similar issues taking Visanne?

Confused by Rheumy appointment and everything else. Please advise? At my wits end 😓
I already do physio exercises,
massage
and back rolling. Nothing takes this God awful pain away. My memory is like a sieve too. I can't concentrate on anything and I'm constantly dizzy. I feel like I keep hitting up against walls and I am so low. I honestly don't know what to make of it all.

Finally managed to use birthday gift voucher for Reiki/back
massage
. Believe in alternative therapies or not....tension & stiffness in my right shoulder could be where I have been subconsciously protecting my 💓 since the heart attacks & surgery.

What to do about ulnar pain - C6 root damage?
- in which case should I get my husband to
massage
it or is ulnar nerve entrapment different? And should I be using a splint to prevent it worsening or is this going to have the opposite effect can anyone advise?

Calcified Ligaments / Joints
I do yoga,
massage
, rubbing with tennis balls, and use a percussion vibrator
massage
device. My doctor offered no suggestions. 3) Can this go away or ease up if an RA medication eventually starts working? If you suffer from joint and muscle pain, I do recommend the percussion vibrators.

Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has any experience of maya

Massage to loosen painful scar tissue
Seek out a
massage
therapist offering myofascial release or deep tissue
massage
which can breakup scar tissue anywhere in the body. My daughter used to perform this type of
massage
on post-op breast cancer patients to release painful scar tissue "tangles."

Compression machine for Lymphoedema.
I'm also looking into having MLD
Massage
,but again this type of
massage
isn't available on the NHS either and is costly at £65 to £80 per hour per week. Does anyone else have this type of
massage
?? Is it any good and what can I expect???
