Rocky start onto Cape- hoping to leave as planned for NZ in just 3 weeks-Need Help
Last week started on cape after dec 19th abdominal Ct scan for surgery the next day turned up cancer spread to liver and throughout. Lobular was so sneaky that the regular PET scan just weeks before was reported out stable. So for Xmas, I quickly switched from Verzenio to Cape. They mailed it to me

Full bloods - advice and suggestions on what next please!
Then added 200mg
magnesium
glycinate at bedtime, and after Intrinsic Factor test came back fine, I added 400μg L-Methylfolate as I was struggling to find a good B complex, but I have the Pink Tribe soft gels now - guess this should be my next addition? Should I continue the separate folate too?

do inactive ingredients such as magnesium in my Lexapro decrease synthroid absorption?
do I need to separate Lexapro at least four apart from synthroid due to inactive ingredients such
magnesium
, aluminum, titanium. Is that why my thyroid want stabilize because I am taking to close together?

Help &advice, next steps with endo
After research I upped my vitamin D3 slightly and now also take
magnesium
glycinate, selenium and omega 3. Ive also started bovine collagen which has helped massively with my hair regrowth even though the endo says it was a waste of time.

advice on oestrogen and magnesium welcomed. ..lingering fatigue
I would like to add in
magnesium
but not sure of the best one? My bowels are good now with the t3 so I don't need it for that. my other thought is that it's oestrogen related. Am I right in thinking it is best to be topical than oral? as ever, thank you in advance to all who respond .

Does Anyone With Parkinson's Experience Panic Attacks?
We try natural things like breathing apps, lavender oil, exercise, Ashwaganda,
Magnesium
Calm. These things help a little but AFTER the fact. They got so bad she has to take Xanax.

Levodopa and magnesium oxide
Ref: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/brb3.2672 There seems to me to be a possibility of the following happening:
Magnesium
oxide leads to less carbidopa, leads to less levodopa, leads to more constipation, leads to the patient taking more
magnesium
oxide, and so on.

A vagal manoeuvre to try…
Although lower than I’m used to, probably because of the Bisop I take, I tried to stay calm, went downstairs and took another 1.25 of bisop and 200 mg of
magnesium
glycenate.

Can oral B12 supplements help in a functional B12 deficiency and more q's
Come off all your supplements except
magnesium
and folate (400-500mg on injection days, currently every other day) and if B12 trial supports ypur healing path, will have a clearer idea of whats going on re digestion and root cause for further investigation.
