Vitamins?
Now looking at taking more
magnesium
and potassium as they sort of work and act together. Has anyone tried things like this with success or noteworthy lack of success? I take grape seed extract, vitamin d, vitamin c (natural). Thank you.

A vagal manoeuvre to try…
Although lower than I’m used to, probably because of the Bisop I take, I tried to stay calm, went downstairs and took another 1.25 of bisop and 200 mg of
magnesium
glycenate.

Can oral B12 supplements help in a functional B12 deficiency and more q's
Come off all your supplements except
magnesium
and folate (400-500mg on injection days, currently every other day) and if B12 trial supports ypur healing path, will have a clearer idea of whats going on re digestion and root cause for further investigation.

Magnesium threonate
Following on from my
magnesium
/arsenic query, I've been advised to take
magnesium
threonate for tinnitus. Does anyone else take this supplement and can they recommend a brand? Thank you!

Moving into permanent Afib?
I won’t bore you with details of my 10 hour wait in A&E before blood tests showed low potassium &
magnesium
, was then taken to a much calmer ward where I was given an infusion then 8 hours later was sent home with those horrible Sando-K supplements.

Hi hope everyone is well. Went to my dr to check thyroid bloods. I was on 112 T4 and 25 mcg of T3. My dr. Raised my T3 meds from 25-50.
I take B12 C
magnesium
and selenium. I am gluten free and do not buy packaged foods. Try to eat well. I really don’t understand secondary hypothyroidism that well. I was surprised she raised my T3 25 Mach’s all at once. Any knowledge or thoughts much appreciated.

Medichecks Result and a warning about testing & HRT
However, I will stop the HRT patches and start taking methylated B vitamins, Vit C, Vit D3, K2-MK7,
magnesium
glycinate and probably selenium/zinc again, keeping the thyroid hormones as they are for the next 3 months before re-testing.

YoYo TSH, any advice appreciated
Endo was on holiday, and by now I realised from my own research that she hadn't done a full thyroid panel, and had put me on B12,
magnesium
and selenium without checking any levels, so I went to the only other endo in town.

I am taking 300 mg SR thiamine with
magnesium
n zinc. Tremendous fatigue, gait issues n stiffness. I take dopamine 100/25 two- three times a day in divided doses. MP didn’t work too. My Neuro ain’t a fan of supplements and I am very certain tht increasing c/l ain’t going to provide me any benefit.

allergic to benralizumab today started on mepolizumab feeling rough
They've now added benralizumab to my list of allergies with
magnesium
, and ventolin. How do others manage with biologics or with severe eosinophilic asthma and severe uncontrolled allergic asthma?

Early 2021 I started taking 200mg of

Citrate daily and after a few weeks the missed beats stopped. But 6 months or so later they returned - but I still kept taking 150mg of
