advice re: magnesium supplements
So , my question is regarding
magnesium
supplements and what is safe to take with dronedarone and 2.5 mgs bisoprolol . I’ve seen a few posts already on here saying that
magnesium
citrate and ? Oxide is not safe for people with AF . Is it
Magnesium
malate that is safe ?

Overwhelming fatigue – do I increase T3?
I need to add
magnesium
and have read several helpful references in posts – can I just check with slowdragon – do you take the Thorne
magnesium
citramate? Could the fatigue be due to low B12 ? Thank you so much !

Another way to view and treat Parkinson's?
Almost the entire population is deficient in
magnesium
, zinc, all the vitamins of the B group, etc. Even more so in Parkinson's patients before any antiparkinsonian treatment.

Iron levels still low - advice welcome
I also take 125mcg Levo at night, B Complex & Copper w 1st meal (tested low in range in Feb) and
Magnesium

Blood results from Rant thread
Apparently the
Magnesium
, Creatinine and something else was "broken". There was only one tube of blood so it happened in the lab... They want me to go back and have another test, but in the meantime they have given me some blood pressure pills that those with kidney problems should not take.

Post Transplant-- Cramps- mainly in lower leg
I spoke to surgeon last week at QE liver clinic, and she gave me
magnesium
pills, but as I say, situation seems to be getting worse, not better. I have also been drinking low calorie Indian tonic water, which I have always thought can help.

K2 and magnesium
What dose should I be looking for on both and also which type of
magnesium
as there is different types. I understand these help with the absorption of the calcium.

Too Many Beats
No beta blockers And advised
magnesium
and more exercise to help. However the extra beats were ‘off the scale’ yesterday nearly all day and I still find them really hard to live with. I did get to sleep in the end and feel more human this morning. NSR this morning and heart rate 70 this morning.

Blood test results
My vitamin D level was 60 so I'm taking vitamin D with vitamin K and also take
magnesium
. I was wondering if I should ask my GP if I can have an increase in T4 and would be grateful for any advice/views on my results.
