Beginning of a flare or arthritis?
I take
magnesium
, Curcumin, flaxseed, calcium and use Osteo Panadol for aches (and Epsom salt baths). For diet, I'm eating low carb/low sugar/Mediterranean Cheers and thanks in advance.

The Magnitude Trial (and me, with scatological references)
(but a small amount of the other helps) Eventually the mother of all constipations yielded to the mother of all osmotic laxatives, Epsom Salts (
magnesium
sulphate). This is the nuclear option because you need a precise personal dose. Edge above that and it’s not pretty.

Daily Medication - Prednisolone Calcium + Vit D
Magnesium
Vit K2 Omega 3 I walk 10,000+ steps at a good pace each day. Three times a week I do weight bearing exercise class online. I’d like to have a second Dexa scan next January (privately if need be) and consider my options at that time?

I need advise... would appreciate feedback.
5)I’ve read that the recommended dose of
magnesium
is 380-400mg/day. Do you recommend this dosage/half as you do get some
magnesium
from food? I would appreciate if any of you can advise me on the above or areas that you are familiar on. As always, love this group and the support it provides.

Lifestyle changes - would a higher profile benefit members more
This Forum does an exceptional job in addressing regular medical & supplement issues we all have faced e.g. experiences with Fleacainide or

Thriva recommendations include taking
magnesium
(200-300mg) and going gluten free for 2-3 wks. I would very much welcome your thoughts and advice as my symptoms are still very challenging.

Vit D Stimulating??
It so contains zinc and
magnesium
. I live in North Ireland so little sunshine. I find it has helped my energy levels and sugar cravings loads from about the first week though oddly I find my short term memory worse. Wonder is it displacing any heavy metals? Anyone any similar experiences?

Ectopic beats again
Have increased
magnesium
naturally (almonds, spinach etc) and cut down on caffeine - I don’t drink alcohol. I just want to find out if they really aren’t a cause for concern and I’m sure if I go to my GP about it again they’ll just put it down to anxiety which unfortunately is a biscuits circle!

Recommendations for Magnesium tablets
I’ve been bothered by ectopics recently, and so have decided to try some
magnesium
tablets as a supplement. Last time I tried Holland and Barrett’s
magnesium
citrate, taking the recommended dose of 3x100mg tablets per day (£6.99 for 100 tablets).

Hi Potter, I started taking
magnesium
three months ago for a chronic pain condition. Reading other posts it looks like I’m taking the wrong one for heart function support as I’m taking
magnesium
oxide so I’m going to change over.

Help with blood test results, heart palpitations, and T3 question
Here are my results, the blood draw was fasting, 24 hours after levothyroxine (100mcg daily), I supplement with vit B12 (Igennus Super B-Complex), vit D (Better You) and
magnesium
(ReMag), and have been gluten free since 2015. Thank you for any help you may have.

Pressure Behind The Eyes From Thyroid Medication?
I had labs pulled just before I stopped the medication (four hours after taking it) to see what was happening since these symptoms are typical of hyperthyroidism / graves' thyroid eye disease, but to my surprise, they were relatively normal:
Magnesium
: 1.01 (0.7 - 1.0) mmol/L Cortisol (drawn at 4pm)
