Hi, I recently organised to do blood tests through Blue Horizon then my GP said I needed to do some, so I had the blood taken for both at the same time.
My relevant Blue Horizon test results are:
TSH <0.05 [0.27 - 4.20]
FT3 4.85 [3.1 - 6.8]
FT4 21.3 [12.0 - 22.0]
T4 Total 107.0 [66 - 181]
Ferritin 116.0 [13 - 150]
Magnesium 0.96 [0.66 - 0.99]
Vitamin D 143 [76 - 200 Optimal]
Vitamin B12 488 [145 - 569]
Serum Folate 13.60 [8.83 - 60.8]
Cortisol 382.0 [166 - 507]
My NHS results are
TSH <0.01mU/L [0.3 - 4.3]
Serum FT3 4.4pmol/L [2.4 - 6.0]
Serum FT4 14.2pmol/L [9.0 - 23.0]
Am I correct in thinking that the FT4 results differ significantly?
Have you any advice on future medication? I sometimes feel tired but otherwise am feeling better than I have for a long time.
I have a phone appointment with a newly appointed GP on Tuesday morning.
All advice welcome and appreciated
