magnesium supplements
I have read a few places that
magnesium
is a good element to take as a supplement. Does anyone have any recommendations for what type of supplement or
magnesium
compound/mixture is best? Any ideas most welcome.

Blood test results regarding magnesium - thank you everyone for advice
He’s advised me to get some
magnesium
and that mum should take it for a month, or she could take one every other day. He said any
magnesium
supplement can be bought such as
magnesium
sulphate or citrate.

Magnesium…..Are these 2 the same or different ?……..£8.99 vs £1.00
I have tried
Magnesium
which I bought from a Supermarket for £1.00, then a friend recommended
Magnesium
which was from Holland & Barret which I bought for £8.99 (Both are 90 tablets). I’m wondering if both are exactly the same. Please see pictures.

Cramps
I have a
magnesium
spray & douse both legs with it plus taking a
magnesium
tablet per day. Yesterday for the first time it happened while I was out during the day & had to stop walking till it eased. I’m going to call doctors for emergency appointment tomorrow morning. 🤞 Any advice? Thank you

been reading the benefits linked to AF for people taking this supplement. Has any one here here been a regular user and able to comment on any positive or negative experience of doing so?

Metallic taste in mouth from Magnesium?
Aside from daily propafenone tablets for my PAf, I do take
magnesium
(glycinate) supplement 2 times a day, 2 × 125mg so well below the maximum recommended dose. I've been taking them for a month now, but I'm wondering if
magnesium
is the reason for this strange 'burned tongue" taste.

Magnesium, how much and tablet/spray
I have heard that
magnesium
can help. I currently take a Forceval capsule (multivitamin & mineral) which contains 30mg of
magnesium
at lunchtime each day. Is this sufficient?? Right timing?? Would a mg spray be better?? Can they both be used together?? Many thanks

Best magnesium dosage
I have been taking Life Extension extended release
magnesium
(as ZumXR
magnesium
oxide,
magnesium
citrate) 500 mg (2 capsules of 250 mg each). I understand from Daphne’s Facebook group that Mg Oxide is not recommended. I intend to switch to Mg-1-threonate.

What's the best Magnesium supplement for Thyroid?
I've tried a few but for the past few years I've concentrated on
Magnesium
taurine which is supposed to be heart centric, for my afib. It hasn't made a difference and the capsules give me heartburn so I want to switch back to a thyroid focussed
magnesium
. What do people prefer?

Been advised by a fellow runner to try a supplement of
magnesium
, zinc and calcium. The Onco has no objections. Are there reasons no too? Thank you.
