Do you have pernicious anemia? If yes- you will need injections for life and should not stop. Other people have reported benefitting from more frequent injections after having other illnesses. You could try more often and see if that helps?

Yes I do .I am extremely anxious and am concerned if I take a B12 injevtion I will lower my magnesium too much does that make sense .as I am not eating very well at present and feeling sick taking my other vitamins

I have not felt any effects of b12 lowering magnesium. Nor read anything about b12 lowering magnesium. High dose b1 will. Because I take high dose b1 I have to supplement with magnesium. This is because b1 requires magnesium for metabolism.

Taking a b-multi without b5 then taking a P5P version of b-5 50 mg seemed to help with anxiety. Also taking b1 (bento max) 250mg with 800-1200 mg magnesium a day helped with anxiety.

Don't stop the b12 injections.

What for of b12 are you using? Cyano? Hydroxy? Methyl?
