I am interested in the b1 therapy for my partner and was going to try the sublingual 100mg - however I saw it has to be taken with magnesium does anyone know the type and dosage of magnesium to take thanks

….Or the book ‘Parkinson’s and the B1 therapy’ provides a manual on the therapy.

We are now recommending cutting the sublingual Superior Source tablets in half and taking only on Mondays, Wednesday and Friday. Any more tends to lead to overdose assuming you take the sublingual tablets as per instructions in the book. But you need to start magnesium and b-complex supplementation first. The therapy is not straight forward! It is however explained clearly in the book or on the Facebook group.
