Infection?
Good day gents I’m on day 11 post circumcision, I have yellow stuff on my incision lines and/ stitches ….can this be an infection ? Second question , is it ok for me to take warm baths with Epsom salts instead of me putting warm water in a container and cleaning the wound using cotton wool ?

Is headache related to thyroid issues?
Hi all. I've experienced headaches for the past couple of weeks almost daily. I started to feel tired, to have hair falling, dry skin and I recognise these symptoms to be related to hypothyroidism, but is the constant headache related to that too? I've been feeling well previous to this, I've started

Hi lovely people out there. Just got the result of the long awaited blood test. All ok except the thyroid bit. Serum free T4 28.4 pmoi/L range 10-20. serum TSH level 0.03 miu/L 0.35 - 4.78. Didn't test T3, but last time was just under normal and Dr said no action. I take a super B complex, vitamin

Any advice gratefully received... Could this be more than depression/anxiety?
Hi, been feeling really 'out of it' since March last year. My GP diagnosed anxiety/depression over the phone and gave me antidepressants....which I finally gave in to a few months later after FOUR migraines in one day and hardly any sleep... Over the last year, I have researched anxiety/depression/

UP and food intolerances
Hey guys, I have UP and have recently been experiencing periods of fatigue particularly in the early afternoon and evening. I’ve never had any known allergies but I’m wondering whether high histamine foods might be triggering my mast cells and this could be related to the fatigue. Has anyone else had

Can I take these at the same time??
I always take my extended-release metoprolol with a bit of food. Two hours later (stomach supposedly empty), I take my Flecainide and lisinopril. I wait another two hours without eating, and then have brunch. Is it ok to take these 5, listed below, all together ***at the same time*** with brunch?

previous question but no feedback
I'm going to repost this just in case people missed it who might know Hi all, i've realised I probably need more zinc, now i'm aware that sweeteners can be a bad thing all the time but some of the supplements have no sweeteners but they do have microcrystalline cellulose, sorbitol or magnesium stearate

Low Ferritin again!
I am at my wits end with this. Please try to help. I have been in pain and trying to be patient for months. Also I haven't had time to get my wits together and ask for help on here as my family commitments have been many and stressful. My son now has CRPS again and his doctors are being useless and obstructive

ingredients in supplements
Hi all, i've realised I probably need more zinc, now i'm aware that sweeteners can be a bad thing all the time but some of the supplements have no sweeteners but they do have microcrystalline cellulose, sorbitol or magnesium stearate. Are these ok with Hashimotos? P.S I have now gone wheat, gluten

Please comments on test results on ERFA NDT trial
I am seeing private Endo tomorrow, so would really value any thoughts on my test results I got this morning. Test was done fasting, 8.00am and 1/2 grain of ERFA taken 10.00pm day before. I have been on trial for nearly 8 weeks. On day one stopped Levothyroxine 100mg and next day straight on to 1/2 grain

My latest labs to follow in a day or two but for now, is anyone willing to interpret a friend’s latest please
I have my thoughts but would rather she saw what the knowledgeable folk on here have to say I’ve been suggesting for some weeks now that she get herself tested and amongst others (full blood count and fasting glucose) here are a few of the results. Unfortunately, at this stage there’s no iron panel studies

Hello ladies, I’m currently 23+4 and suffering bad leg cramps during the night, tossing and turning in bed all night 🙈(and getting very little sleep!). I’ve spoken to my midwife who basically said that there’s nothing to do 🤔and I’ve bought a magnesium body spray to spray on my legs before bed and
