SALIVA TEST! Should I stop taking supplements/ thyroid meds prior to test?

Panning on doing saliva test tomorrow....should I refrain from taking supplements, b complex, K2, vitD, vitC, omega, magnesium, zinc, selenium, prior to test?

Same goes for thyroxine and efra?

What's it for? Adrenal test?

Which test is it? Regenerus?

If Regenerus test there is a blue instruction leaflet enclosed, look at (3) PREPARATION - it tells you exactly what to do on day of collection including information about supplements.

As for your medication, there is a Patient Survey you fill in and there is a section at the bottom about Medication and Amino Acids, I always list my medication under Comments.

What did you do in the end? I am doing a Dutch test today, which is similar, it limits you to only 1litre or water and I am STRUGGLING.

I stopped all my supplements mainly because I can’t swallow them without lots of water. Just taking my thyroid pills
