Spinach, chard, dark chocolate, almonds, Mackerel , avocados. Yum! Nice to stay healthy with such Lovely food.

My overall diet policy: a bit of everything including occasional 'treats' (aka the bad stuff), reducing gluten & sugar significantly, substitute where possible (e.g. spelt for modern wheat) and keep improving the sources of your consumption.

That's quite hard going. I haven't read it all. Is it saying that the osteomorphs are getting destroyed as well as the clasts and therefore blocking the rebuild cycle? I have read something similar. I was researching comfrey which stimulates ofibroblasts ( more the college end of bone reformation from what I gather) I will try to read the rest later but thanks for sharing it.
