Opinion and advice please
Maybe my improvements have been down to the supplements Super B complex, D3, K2,
Magnesium
Citrate
. I'll be really grateful for any advice. I am not confident in the GP because of past disappointing appointments.

Do I need to reduce my NDT or extra T3?
I take NDT (A quarter of a tablet, which is half a grain/130 mg. The split is 7mg of T3 & 19mgs of T4) & extra T3. (25 mcg) In Feb I slightly increased the extra T3, as it was low in the normal range. (Before Feb I was on 19 mcg of T3 & my TSH was 0.1) This is the lowest my T3 has ever been. I was was

Dairy free diet, it has helped stop rls at night
Around 5 months ago I was told I was lactose intolerant and needed to have a complete dairy free diet. I've had rls for many years I just did not know I had it until I started to come off morphine and pregabalin, my doctor said it was rls and it might just be the rehab causing it, however my symptoms

Latest Test results. What to try next.....
I've been on Levo for 12 months. I will be talking to my GP next week who will probably say my results are fine. My main problem is digestive and lower abdominal bloating with constipation a major factor. GP test results(only tests TSH and T4, tested 20th Oct) TSH1.29 range (0.27-4.2) T4 18.1 range

Natural remedies and food supplements
This is mainly a personal view of the usefulness of these for RLS, but is based on some reading. I hope it is a balanced view. Hopefully it offers some guidance for when you're choosing remedies. The 3 main things you should find out about when choosing a remedy. 1) EFFECTIVENESS : does it actually

Which Magnesium
Hi, after a bit of reading I am looking at getting magnesium taurate for what I think are ectopics. Does anyone recommend Biocare Magesium Taurate? Was initially planning to get the Cardiovascular Research one recommended by Dr Gupta but the Amazon reviews put me off. Thanks

Supplement stack help/ advice
Hey everyone! As some of you know I have been diagnosed a PWP since July, but have been dealing with the symptoms for 2+ years. I really need everyone's help or advice on my supplement stack, as it's to the point I'm getting overwhelmed with taking handfuls a day. Here is a list of what I'm taking, and

Could I have thyroid cancer?
About 12 weeks ago I thought I would get a thyroid blood check as I keep putting on weight (one and half stone), yet my diet and exercise has not changed. Also my eyebrows have almost disappeared, really dry itchy skin, tired, night sweats (I'm pasted menopause, age 57), average heart rate of 58 (down

Tales from the IC: Getting to know my Metatarsals (# 1)
Warning: long but hopefully informative post. Ok, so for the first time since starting to run nearly 2 years ago, I’m taking a cautious step back and am preparing to be on the Injury Couch for a stint. With this I hope to minimise the risk of a more serious injury. About a week ago, I noticed the

Fired the doc a year ago..here I am today
I'm off pramipexole almost a year now!! I take no meds (since a year) and have moved from chronic RLS to mild- moderate. I sleep at night in blocks of 3 and 4 hours. In between I watch light tv on YouTube like Poirot, nothing too exciting! It takes my mind off the restlessness. Too much stretching at

Problem with magnesium?
Hi, been taking
magnesium
citrate
for a few weeks, about 200 mg a day, upped it to 300 mg the last couple of days. Couldn’t sleep last night as every time I was just about to drop off , I got the sensation of falling( best way I can describe it) and I was jolted awake again.

Magnesium and Taurine
I have
magnesium
citrate
, it was easy to find.
Magnesium
taurate I cannot buy locally, only as an import from Amazon. I have found taurine locally. Can anyone tell me whether
magnesium
citrate
(or I could get glyconate) plus taurine is thought to be as effective as magnesium taurate?
