No better after treatment
Hi ladies, I'm struggling here, had a laparoscopy, D&C & hysteroscopy & polypectomy 6 weeks ago, found only small amount of old endo on uterine ligaments, however they put coil in for treatment. Since then nothing has changed, i've had pretty much constant bleeding or spotting, 2 periods which were heavy

Do I still need to take Rivaroxaban?
I have just had, 2nd April, an AV node ablation, so my Pacemaker keeps my heart in SNR. So do I need to still be on my anticoagulant? I had no instructions when leaving hospital as they were trying to get all the patients out the door on the evening before Good Friday! Then Saturday, hospital was on

All done!
Firstly Thanks to all who sent best wishes to me before my AV node ablation on Monday. Well had the procedure done without sedation and done in less than an hour, accompanied by Sam Smith CD, courtesy of theatre staff at Freeman Hospital Newcastle. Everything appears to be good and I feel fine total

Stage IV Endo - hysterectomy
Hi - I have always had painful periods (that made me sick & pass out frequently) and after a particularly bad one where I couldn't get out of bed I was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst that was removed during surgery when I was 25. This was when they diagnosed stage IV Endo. I'm extremely lucky that I

Hand and arm swelling
After a mastectomy and
lymph
node
removal
in June 2014 I've developed lymphoedema in my hand and arm. I finished radio therapy at the end of nov 2014. My Lymphoedema nurse has prescribed garments which I wear religiously. She has told me that we now need to give things three months to settle down.

PROGESTOGEN ONLY PILL
Hi all, I would love to hear from anyone who has had experience of the progestogen only pill. Did it work in reducing the endo growths, stopping periods, relieving pain, or have any side effects, or anything else that anyone would like to share. Just a brief summary of my experience so far. I am 38.

As long as blood test is ok, which is on Monday, it is all systems go. As I have said before, my EP is brilliant and it is because of this forum giving
