when do you take a break
Just wondering i do 5 mg of prednisone 1000 mg of abiraterone and
Lupron
every 3months plus bone so I've been on this now 10 months PSA is less than 0.001, so at what point do you take a break looking into the future how do you know when to take that break and what if the cancer comes back do you start

What types of food to eat with Nubeqa, to help protect the liver or other organs?
I suppose that
Lupron
might lessen liver stress too, as opposed to Orgovyx. George

Bicalutamide and Eligard
Doctor recommend Eligard (
Lupron
) with bicalutimide and dutasteride. No choice. I went thru thus on Jan 10, 2024. Hospital said I have to run thru Eligard for 24 months on a quarterly basis. Every 3 month. Doctor Said Eligard works only for 2 years, and I have to find another drug thereafter.

Nighttime incontinence
I am on
Lupron
and abiraterone now for about 9 months. Among other side effects, I have occasional bed wetting. I dont have daytime issues and never experienced any of that even immediately after surgery. However, on a completely random basis, I will wet the bed while sleeping.

MRI after radiation and apalutamide and Lupron
Started
Lupron
in May of last year. Abiterone failed for me due to fatty liver. Been on Apalutamide ever since. Radiation in November. My numbers have been great since my radiation. My PSA has been <.02, and my testosterone has been 0. Its been 5 months since Ive finished radiation.

Bill Bixby's Battle with Prostate Cancer
Lupron
was beginning to be used around 1989, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leuprorelin. Not much can be gleaned about his battle from online articles of his death. He discovered his PC when he was "ill". He was "very weak" for a week or so before he died.

Dreams, dreams, dreams
I have been receiving
Lupron
shots every three months and taking Xtandi daily for a little more than a year. This follows a RALP and 36 days of radiation, all parts of my doctors’ kitchen sink strategy. No doubt there is a lot going on in my body.

I Am Following MO's Advice and Sticking With the
Lupron
and "Abi" To See If PSA Continues To Rise and Then Have Scans When PSA Indicates They Might Be of Some Value. Not Sure What The Next Step Will Be If PSA Continues Trending Upwardly and If Scans Confirm Changes To Tumors....

One med or two??
Is it better to do the
lupron
shot alone? or is it better to take the
lupron
with xtandi? My husband's psa has been <0.01 for the past month after radiation to the spine. He was wondering if he could stay on
lupron
alone or if would it be better to take both.

Lupron and Abiraterone post treatment expectations?
Ive had RP; PSA didn’t go to zero; started
Lupron
and Abi + Prednisone and then 33 radiation treatments of whole pelvic region. PSA has been undetected for 7 mos now. Hope to stop all treatments after 6/24 Has anyone walked similar path? Did PSA stay at zero? Did libido return?

My 5 Year Blood Test Results
Unfortunately it is not available in The US, perhaps because it would eliminate the outrageously priced trimonthly

Not The News I wanted To See :(
I've had most if not all of the SOC oral meds and I'm still on three month
injections.
Wishing all the best outcomes in your personal journeys.
Thanks, Larry

ADT Recommendations
The doc suggests starting with Casodex and then two sequential
Lupron
shots. Is there a better way to do ADT for that period? I'd like to get my testosterone back quickly at the end of the treatment period if possible. I know that Orgovyx would allow me to do that, but it's too pricey for me.

Need advice- MO recommending radiation. From the wording in the PSMA scan it sounds like a shot in the dark.
Overall, scan showed
Lupron
/Erleada was helping. MO is continuing him on Erleada and go back in 2 months. But wanted him to pursue radiation as it might help. ????

Switching from prednisone to dexamethasone with abiraterone
Lupron
plus abiraterone with prednisone have maintained my PSA < 0.1 (from 111 at DX) for over 4 years. I have all the usual SEs, and some seem to be cumulative (specifically fatigue and BP). I'm CSMPC with one known bone met on upper spine.
