Prostatic Sp Antigen (ng/mL)

Seems that after two Pluvicto treatments my PSA is continuing to rise.

I failed five Docetaxel infusions as well.

Hopefully they will administer me my third cycle of Pluvicto, if for nothing else but to slow down the rising numbers and get a chance to regroup and go in a different direction.

Has anyone else been faced with this ..and if so what suggestions can you offer me... I've been fighting the beast for 12 Years and I'm not planning on giving up now.

I've had most if not all of the SOC oral meds and I'm still on three month lupron injections.

Wishing all the best outcomes in your personal journeys.

Thanks, Larry

Have you had an FDG PET/CT?

Fluoro-Deoxy-Glucose, sometimes called a Glucose PET. I asked because of this:

Start looking for clinical trials and consider to get second opinions if it is possible.

I was on a clinical trial of Olaparib and Zytiga for almost 26 cycles until it started to fail then SOC Chemo (Docetaxel) for 5 cycles.. PSA continued to rise, now on LU-177 Pluvicto.. I also see Dr. Kwon at the Mayo clinic Rochester MN. Sent him a text waiting for some answers. Thanks for your input.

I've been dancing with the beast for 16 years. After Lupron/Zytiga failed, I enrolled in a Trial Study at Dana Farber (LuPSMA177). Completed all 6 infusions. Initial PSA response was positive. PSA dropped to 0.19. Then it steadily started to climb. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Samuel Denmeade at Johns Hopkins. I'm doing a "self administered" protocol of BAT. I am in deed a responder. PSA down 50%. Presently into my third cycle. QOL much improved. While doing BAT, I still receive my 3 month Lupron shot. I have 5 Doctors watching with interest my progress.

Self administered, as far as the acquisition of the Testosterone? or has it been prescribed and you are delivering it to yourself? ie: via what method if I may ask? Thanks in advance for you help.

I purchase it myself over seas. Shipped to my Home. Many body builders do this. Just recently I have convinced my local MO to prescribe it to me via a domestic source. Empower Pharmacy, Texas. This would be Propionate Testosterone. Needles are easy to obtain. A program has been worked up that I follow. Contact me I would be glad to share.

Thank you... Ramp 7, I will discuss this with my MO and see what he would be willing to do. Also I will run it by Dr. Kwon at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN
