Constant
low
mood
and it feels like I have barely any dopamine as weird as that sounds. I have trouble thinking and even talking, seems like I can't form thoughts and speak them, which may seem bizarre since I'm typing this out but it's harder when it's in person and you have to be more witty.

Measuring peak flow
I had to get a new peak flow meter last week and have been having real problems with consistency. When I first used the new unit (different make to the previous one) I was shocked at how high my reading came out but know that different meters can vary. When I do my three readings, it is incredibly inconsistent

Work Absences
Endometriosis and
low
mood
have caused me to have multiple absences since working there. I have recently been off since last Tuesday with endometriosis pain. I was diagnosed through laparoscopy in October 2019. I thought I would feel ok to go back after the weekend but I don’t.

Since about the middle of 2019, I’ve had hot flushes in the afternoons, developed rosacea, my skin breaks out a lot, my anxiety is worse than ever, but I’ve developed such a

Looking for an alternative to Levothyroxine after 8 years. Where to start? Got Axa insurance. North West UK.
Diagnosed with hypothyroidism approx 8 years ago after symptoms of fatigue, muscle aches, coldness,
low
mood
, etc, you know the score. I started on Levo 125mg but even though my bloods are 'fine', I still have all the symptoms. I can't and don't want to live like this anymore.

Call asthma doctor? She doesn’t help much. Long term prednisone.
It seems like the fall often bothers my asthma. I was hospitalized in fall 2019 for 6 days for severe asthma exacerbation. Then COVID started. I’ve been on oral prednisone since fall 2019. I’m on daily 25 mg. My doctor is trying to lower the pred. She says it’s not doing anything now my body is just

Low or very low protein diets. If you've no uremia, will you obtain any benefit?
I had uremia at CKD3a/b (uremia =higher levels of urea than there ought to be present in your blood). I was at 13.5 when the normal range is 2.5 to 7.8 (thankfully, I'm now at 6.4 due to diet). Because I had uremia at CKD 3a/b, I assumed everyone else would have some sort of uremia at CKD 3a/b. When

My problem is my very
low
mood
and my anger. I'm extremely sad to the point of crying nearly every single day. Then out of the blue I become very angry at the slightest thing and I'm ashamed to say I'm upsetting my lovely daughter by my behaviour.

Daily Diary for Wednesday 1st September 2021
Happy 1st September everyone! I know not everyone likes the end of summer, so I thought I'd find a reminder of how beautiful autumn can be. I love it! What about everyone else? What do you think about the changing season? I'm also looking forward to seeing how all your menu plans start to change as different

Generally Feeling ‘Off’
I have borderline personality disorder too so am very familiar with mental health difficulties but my
mood
has been soooo
low
. I took time off work and have practically been in bed all week. I’ve been covid testing daily and fortunately am negative (unsurprising as I barely leave the house!)

Will the weight ever drop?
Hi everyone, I'm looking for some help here. Been through a ton of the older posts already. I'm 36 and weight 186 lbs currently. My 'heavy' maintain weight it usually between 159-160lbs and my good weight is anywhere around 140 lbs. I've been yo-yo dieting my whole life which understandably has shot

Underactive thyroid - next steps
Current symptoms: tiredness, brain fog,
low
mood
, fatigue, muscle soreness, aches & pains. I am also struggling with my sleep a lot - not sure if this is caused my my underactive thyroid or due to another issue or condition or the lack of sleep is also causing the above symptoms?

My
mood
has been so incredibly
low
though and I feel really anxious and paranoid all the time. Did anyone else experience this? I have the mirena coil and my consultant wanted to leave this in as he said it wouldn’t really impact but to not have HRT for the first injection.

Hello there, I still have not had a diagnosis for my bronchiectasis like symptoms; my chest x-rays showed scarring in march, but are now all clear now. Since my last serious chest infection earlier this year I have been perfectly healthy, active, cough and asthma free, only taking Fostair 100/6 four
